Dream Catcher is a Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 4 guests. The condo was completely renovated in 2018. Dream Catcher is located only 1 block from the parkway. You can park and walk to all the downtown attractions, restaurants and the Gatlinburg trail that runs to Sugarland's visitor center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Parking is included in the rental rate so no need to worry about finding or paying for parking in downtown Gatlinburg.

The condo features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Wi fi is included in the rental rate. The living room and Bedroom both have flat screen televisions with cable TV. Linens, towels, wash clothes, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included.

1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash clothes. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, Dish soap for dishes, and kitchen trash bags.
3.What does the Kitchen include? - The Kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances are pets allowed.
5. When will I get the address and condo access info? - Address, door code, and directions are messaged at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date.
6. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in any time after 3 pm and you must check out prior to 11 AM on the day of your departure.
7. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Everything was great, once we found the building, the building number on the sign is small. We drove around twice before I stopped and asked the lady hanging decorations if this was the building we were looking for.

This is an older condo building with not much views, but the area is very clean, the condo itself is updated and decorated very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. The on-site covered parking was a plus. We could walk to restaurants, stores and attractions easily. Communication thru the VRBO site was tricky. It took me several different options of “Message Host” to get one to work. I didn’t try texting directly so not sure if that would have been better/easier. Have never had that problem before.

Minor issues but wonderful stay

The condo was nice and as described. The convenience of being only steps away from the parkway is unbeatable. The only driving done was if we left out of Gatlinburg. There were only two issues with the condo. The first being the WiFi was intermittent at best. This is only a problem if you are relying on it. The second was with the air conditioning. With the thermostat set on 68 degrees, most days, the temperature never dropped below 74. This was not unbearable just a little uncomfortable at bed time. It may be more of an issue in the summer months.

Short but sweet

The room itself was so cute and cozy. The outside could use some work as well as the elevators are very dated and you can hear the cables making noise. Very nice view! Indoor pool was warm.

It was very clean and easy process to check it and out. I wish it had a Keurig instead of a regular coffee pot but that is a slight easy fix. Very cozy and loved the access to the strip

Good lovaty

Property was nice but never could connect to internet. The condo number would never come up as all the others around us did. Even when you typed it in, it did not work. Inquired to owner with absolutely no response. Also a few days before trip owner left me a message that I had not paid second installment this was untrue since I had paid on the day it was due. He informed me I had to contact VRBO, not him. I did and was informed by VRBO THAT IT HAD BEEN PAID ONTIME. Bad communication!

Lacks Hospitality

Upon arrival, the condo was charming! As we settled in, we noticed no dishwasher however; the check out instructions notes to wash any dishes we use before leaving. This immediately causes us to question just how clean the dishes provided they were hand washed.Then on to the bedroom. Pillows were old and tearing apart. Wrinkled / old bedding with a very worn comforter that just felt dirty.
