Falcon Crest is nestled on a ridge top within the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community. It is perfectly secluded at the end of a paved drive, providing you with complete privacy so no one even drives by your vacation haven, but yet only 10 minutes from all of the attractions and downtown. It is perched on the ridge, nestled in a hemlock and hardwood forest. overlooking the main peaks of the Smokies. Entering behind two solid wood beautiful doors is your master suite. Lie back and relax in the king sized bed clothed in a beautiful lodge themed designer coverlet and pillows plus all cotton high thread cotton sheets. Unwind in the warm bubbling large inside jetted tub for two. Enjoy the beauty of a warm flickering fire and experience a blue ray movie on the 42 inch flat panel HDTV. As you walk through the living area, overhead you'll gaze upon a beautiful six foot stained glass panel of a Peregrine Falcon in flight.

If you are looking for a mountain view and peaceful evenings, enjoy the front covered deck with a wooden swing and an inviting hot tub on the back deck along with a bistro table for two for your morning coffee.

Falcon Crest has hardwood kitchen and dining room floors with oak cabinetry and is decorated with antique furnishings, new his and her comfy swivel rocker recliners and Bear art that will keep you smiling.The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your favorite meal and it enjoy it on a romantic table for two decorated with lodging place mats, napkins and soft lantern light. Outdoors you will find a charcoal grill and picnic table nestled in beautiful trees near the ridge. That alone is worth the trip.

Great location. Nestled in the mountain but close enough to some of the best places to eat. The cabin is gorgeous and the hot tub on the back deck was very relaxing. Looked exactly like the pics and the hosts were very fast to answer any questions I had. Would love to stay here again!!

My husband and I went for a short weekend to Gatlinburg TN and booked the cabin last minute. The cabin was very clean and easy to get to. We absolutely loved the king sized bed.

2nd stay better than the first!

This was our 2nd visit to Falcon Crest and we could not have been more pleased. The owners are awesome and so accommodating. The property was immaculate and the cool weather added to the enjoyment. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!

Perfect for our 10-year anniversary

We havent had a trip away just the two of us since our honeymoon. I found this wonderful looking cabin and arranged for the trip, an anniversary surprise for him. It was so beautiful, we felt so fortunate to be able to stay at this wonderful cabin. It was clean, private, and had simple stunning views. We times it just right, the trees were gorgeous in the late October weather. I'll be making sure to tell fried s and family about it, I think they'd love to stay there as well.

Wonderful!

The only hiccup was the email with the door code not coming in (Paula got it to us over the phone as soon as we arrived), and a bad storm on the last day that flooded us in (but that’s just Mother Nature! And allowed us to just enjoy the cabin). This place was so beautiful, clean, and homey! Awesome for a honeymoon or couple in general!!!

Silence is Golden

In the fast-paced world we live in, it is nice to be able to get away to a quiet place with an awesome view. The Falcon Crest is a perfect place to escape too. We have stayed there several times, and it never disappoints. The location in the Arts & Craft district is simply ideal for a slower pace. There is plenty to do within a short drive or just do nothing but relaxing in a rocking chair on the back patio while looking at the mountains. This cabin is located on a dead-end street, and it is surrounded by trees and nature. The cabin itself is very well maintained with everything you need to do nothing. I would highly recommend this cabin. In addition, the Host is excellent in communicating before, during and after your stay.

We have enjoyed both of our stays in this cabin. Communication was great, even when I made a mistake in reading an important check in email. The host/hostess was super quick to respond and was understanding of my blunder. The cabin was quiet and private. Perfect for a getaway. Will return.

Wonderful Experience

Beautiful cabin. Clean, comfortable and had lovely personal touches. Enjoyed the hot tub after long days of riding. The driveway to the cabin had some tricky, narrow turns with a 14' trailer with motororcycles. Able to easily park 2 bikes, trailer and full size SUV in front and side of cabin. Would definitly come back again. Excellent hosts!! Quick replies to communications and very accommodating.

Romantic proposal

This property was beautiful and the perfect backdrop for a proposal! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to stay in a few days and cook ourselves. Greg and Paula were the perfect hosts, answering all my questions leading up to our stay. Don't forget to sign their guestbook before you leave! I thought that was the cutest thing. Just what we wanted!

I am so glad to have come across this listing after 4 hours of looking for a cabin in this area. It was perfect and Paula was a great communicator which gave me comfort since this was my first experience with a vacation rental. The property was so quiet and very clean, the bed very comfortable and lots of great little decorative, personal touches in the cabin. It is in a quieter, art area of Gatlinburg. Downtown Gatlinburg is a cute, family town with lots to do close together (park then walk). Pigeon Forge has tons to do but you have to drive between attractions. We hiked every day in the Smokies, went back to the cabin to clean up then took the 10 minute or so drive to downtown every evening. We headed to Asheville after 3 nights here for another nice but very different kind of experience. I would come back here for sure!
