The condo is beautifully decorated and easily walkable to the parkway. Parking is plentiful and free. The bed was super comfy. Communication with the host was excellent. The outside of the building is a little dated but the interior more than makes up for it. The free event tickets was a nice touch!

Great location!

Beautiful property in a great location! Easy walk to downtown and all of the attractions. Our host made us feel extra special and provided excellent service and communication. We will definitely return!

Gatlinburg stay

The property was clean and close to walking distance to everything. The bed is a tad uncomfortable but still nice. I do wish the chairs around the table had backs on the seats but it was clean and comfortable

A soon as we walked in, we saw a gift on the bed! A very beautiful Christmas tree ornament that will go nicely on our tree at home. The condo was very clean and cozy. Use the free tickets! Great host communication! Loved this stay! We will come again!

We loved everything about this place except for the bed. The mattress was sinking in the middle. Needs a new one. But i will say the lady we rented from was amazing . Best we ever had . We will use her again . Loved how clean it was and the location. Wish the hot tub was open .

Squeaky bed. Cold shower.

Cleanliness, location and decor were nice but a hot shower and a good night’s sleep were lacking. The bed squeaked and shifted 1-3 inches every time either of us moved in the bed. We are average sized people. My wife took a hot shower and 20 minutes later when I took a shower the water went cold after 3-4 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay! Check in/checkout was easy. The location is great. Quiet but close enough to walk to restaurants & activities. Everything was perfect- it was decorated so cute. Very welcoming & comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was thoughtful and left an anniversary cake for us. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for us! Very reasonably priced and host was extremely accommodating! Close to all of the downtown activities- walking distance even for seniors! Would definitely stay here again!

Cute place!

Very cute and well decorated. Easy walking distance to the Parkway and Anakeesta (which was our main activity). It was a little smaller than I had anticipated from the photos, but with our 9y/o on the sofa bed and my wife and I in the bedroom, it was fine. The mattress on the bed was not the most firm that I have slept on. It caused us to roll into the middle a bit, so that wasn't ideal but it wasn't a huge problem either. There was good pressure and temperature in the shower, but the control handle took a little getting used to.It would turn water on turning in either direction, so you had to stop it dead center to get the water to stop.

Perfect Spot!

We have been to Gatlinburg numerous times. This was the perfect location to all things downtown/walking distance, but you don't feel like you're right in the middle of it when you're at the room. The property was the perfect spot!

Amazing stay in downtown Gatlinburg

My boyfriend and I just visited this listing this past weekend. It’s was the perfect place for the two of us! So cute- everything was exactly as listed, and we were able to use our free tickets that were included with our stay without any issues! Beautiful, easy to get to, and within walking distance of many Gatlinburg attractions, saving the money you would otherwise spend on parking (easily 20 at every lot we saw). The owner was responsive, and the check-in and check-out processes were super easy. Will definitely book again!

Great Property

The pictures of this condo are exactly what you see when you arrive. It was located in a perfect spot, it was very well decorated, and very clean. I have already recommended it to others, and we plan to stay there again in the future.

GPS takes you to main (front) entrance which was closed when we arrived so find room and closest parking to elevator was a bit challenging but could have been worse

Amazing

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge! Especially Gatlinburg you are able to walk everywhere! No need to pay for the $20 parking it’s close to everything! The apartment itself was amazing as well they provided us with almost everything we needed! we will more than likely come back next year!
