Communication with the owner was good, house was clean, heat units working normally, a lot of brand new appliances, nice area for kids including PacMan video game. The house is very cozy but a little isolated and driveway a bit difficult to handle. The external looks of the house are not nice like other houses in the area but this one accepts pets. Overall we were happy with this property.
We really enjoyed that cute little cabin, it had everything we needed, was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Absolutely no complaints. We were very happy that it was pet friendly so we could bring our two small pups with us. Thank you for your hospitality☺️
The house was great, location was very convenient to the park and to the strip. The house had everything we needed and had a very unique feel to it. Love the A frame windows, but if you are looking for sunlight it’s in short supply. With that being said, this house provides the best napping environment known to man and we loved it after the long hikes.
Perfect accomodations for family mountain trip. This cabin was conveniently located minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountain National Park. Our grown family of five comfortably stayed in this cozy yet spacious cabin. Hiking, views, restaurants, and local convenience markets were just minutes away. Communication and check-in was a breeze. Looking forward to another stay.
This little A-Frame cabin was just as described. It was super cute and had all of the amenities needed for a quick get-away. It was centrally located to Gatlinburg and easy to get to. They had a nice snack basket waiting for us upon arrival which was a really nice touch! We really needed to stay longer to enjoy all the elements that the space had to offer; hot tub, corn hole, fire pit. We had a quick 2 night stay. I'd definitely recommend a longer stay. The rental also came with free tickets to local activities. This was also an added benefit!
The cabin was well-kept and clean, and the decor was modern with the perfect amount of TN/mountain charm. The driveway is steep, but all driveways along this road are. It's a somewhat busy road as it's just literally down the road from Ober Gatlinburg, but it's not busy enough to scare away the wildlife. We saw a huge bear across the street one day, and we smelled him now and then on other days. This is not a complaint, it was a great memory. We loved the proximity to the park which is the main attraction in my opinion, but we also took advantage of a free Dollywood ticket through Explorie and a mini-golf ticket on a rainy day. We even went ice skating at Ober one evening. It was a great trip for our family, thank you for sharing your cabin!
The cabin could use some TLC. For the price of the cabin it should be fixed up and broken things fixed. The hot tub cover is falling apart, lights don’t work and overall the cabin was very drafty. The pictures on the web site shows like the cabin is very brand new
Great place and house is what we wanted the only thing cleaning people could clean covers and sheet more throughly dog hairs was white and all over bed and pillow case we clean them up place isGreat otherThen that
I stayed here with my mom, dad, and small dog for a week and it was dream. We didn’t want to go home. The location is the perfect distance away from town. What drew us here were the decorations in the pictures on the website. The cabin is cozy and has lots of games. The hot tub felt great a cool night. Communication with the host was very easy, as was our self checkin. No problems there. We’d definitely stay here again.
The driveway was super steep just a heads up. Definitely has woodsy cabin vibes. The hot tub was great. We had a lot of fun in the area! I loved that it was dog friendly. The dryer was broken so that was a bummer cuz I hate going home from a trip and have to do laundry but all and all it was a good stay. Some dish soap and salt and pepper would definitely recommend to bring we just assumed they would have these things. Clean up was a breeze and communication was good with the manager. Prompt and responsive.

Gatlinburg fun
The cabin was okay. The heating system struggled to keep the place warm when it got really cold. They did have space heaters, but they only helped a little. It was cute, but the renovation on it seemed rushed and no eye for detail. The building also was not level.
We wanted to set up a family vacation that allowed us easy access to the Smokies, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and all that the area had to offer. This location did not disappoint- quick and easy to get to all of our desired spots! We also enjoyed the 'little things': the convenience of a full kitchen, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling outside- and the overall privacy we got to enjoy. Two quick notes that may be helpful for future renters:-The driveway is a bit steep, so if possible I do recommended traveling with a vehicle that has some ground clearance. -VERY dog friendly cabin!! They even provide a bed and food/water bowls for you (we had our own, but it was really thoughtful). The immediate road by the property is a little tricky for walking, so I do recommended taking your pups out and about for any major walks.Overall, I highly recommend this property to others! The property is well managed, and the rental company does a fantastic job of making sure that your stay is comfortable.
We really enjoyed this cabin. It was perfect for our family of four. The arcade machine got a ton of use! We ran into two issues. The door of the main shower does not stay closed. And the description of the property started that 4 wheel drive was necessary in case of winter weather, but when we arrived, the driveway was completely covered in ice. 4 wheel drive doesn't make a difference on pure ice. It would be very helpful for there to be a set of tire chains left at the property. We had to go buy some for 80. Overall, I was sad to leave.

Not as portrayed
I bragged when we booked this place. The outdoor area specifically is what i was looking forward to the most. It was a huge disappointment. The house itself is beautiful and relatively accurately portrayed in the listing photos, just not so shiny and new anymore. It was clean enough, but filled with the smell of mildew as soon as we opened the door. It never left the whole time despite turning on the air purifiers, of which there were no mention or instructions on using. One of those also needed the filter changed in it. No filters in the house though. Not much of anything in there really so take everything you need, hand soap, dish soap, an air freshener. The patio pictured in the listing is no more. It was filthy, uncovered cushions sopping wet and growing mold. Every single one of them. So there's no where to sit out there. Bring chairs too. Rugs also filled with mold. The hot tub was useable, but i wouldnt say enjoyable. Wasn't very warm despite the temp reading and the whole area just had a gross vibe. I eventually bought a broom, dont bring that I left it there and swept up, knocked down spider webs and stuff which helped some. I stopped short at scrubbing the pile of bird poop outside the door, or the deck or any furniture cause well I paid you for this and I'm on vacation. Notified the property mgmt co when they checked in. They were sorry and will get those things addressed. I hope that's true for someone staying there soon but it didnt do a thing for my family.
