Sit out by the fire and take in the views. Have a picnic by the waterfall. Take a splash in the covered swim spa, rain or shine! Kick back in the hot tub and relax from a day of hiking, shopping, rafting, or whatever!

Living Room
Relax in the cozy living room — featuring a stone, electric fireplace, a couch, a loveseat, a comfy armchair, and a large SMART TV! Catch up with one another or make plans for the day. And in the evenings, flip on the TV for a bit of entertainment or gather around the fireplace for bedtime stories.

Kitchen
Step into the fully equipped kitchen for meal prep, coffee refills, snack attacks, and cookie time. Fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher plus cutlery, cookware, mugs, dinnerware, and more. There’s even a bonus island with loads of extra counter space and bar seating for 4 to make fixing and serving meals simple. Create a breakfast buffet, set out a lunch spread, and serve dinner for 16 with ease.

Dining Area
Along with eating scrumptious meals, bring board and card games from home and host a friendly tournament in the expansive dining area. There are 2 large tables with bench seating for 16. Add the kitchen’s bar seating for 4 and everyone will have a place to dine together.

Rec Rooms
It’s playtime! Downstairs, shoot pool with your pals with plenty of observation seating, while catching the game on the big Smart tv in the adjacent Theater Room. Drive in a Mario Kart Driving Simulator. Get in a 4 player tournament of golf on the Golden Tee, step up to the multi-cade pub table to take a step back in time, and play some old favorites like PacMan, Donkey Kong, or Galaga on the multi-cade. Ever played digital pinball? You're in for a treat!

Theater Room
Here, you’ll also find the theater seating for 8 with a huge Smart TV, great for a little relaxing time after the kiddos drift to sleep or keep them occupied with their favorite cartoons while you do some relaxing.

Bedrooms
Exploring the great outdoors, shopping in town, and playing at the cabin will certainly leave everyone ready for bed at the end of each day. There are plenty of cozy options spread across 5 bedrooms — each with a Smart TV. Choose from 5 King Beds, a Queen Sleeper Sofa or a bunk bed in the game room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom so everyone will be able to get ready for morning hikes and evening dinner shows without a hassle.

Great location, large home in quiet area. Gatlinburg just a short drive, very easy to get to Pigeon Forge. Love that every room had their own bathroom! Awesome for 12 adults:). Some of features could use some maintenance, the skirting and covers for pool/spa have seen better days and the stream was not operating. Didn’t stop us from enjoying the place. If you like bears, plenty to see and never a threat. Very nice place!

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen more than ample size, and the location was convenient to Gatlinburg - no traffic. The kids really enjoyed the theater room, arcade, and hot tubs. The Greenbriar restaurant located within walking distance is an added plus. Highly recommend for families.

We had a large family gathering the week of Thanksgiving and this was a great option that we would recommend! Pros: Perfect location just a mile from downtown Gatlinburg. Management company was just a text away, very responsive, easy to work with. House was spacious, clean, had all of the essentials. Great views and outdoor space!! They provided starter items of paper towels, dishwasher pod and bathroom items. Cons: Tiny things could have made this property amazing - Adding hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels Laundry baskets in the closets The main living area is small if you have a large group No seating downstairs in the game room other than the bunk bed The arcade games were fun but we couldn't get the Golden Tee to work Tips - bring your own cleaning supplies to wipe down surfaces; we found the dining tables to be constantly sticky. It was extremely easy to communicate with the property owner via text message when necessary. They were very responsive and helpful. The location of the cabin can’t be beat for getting to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge quickly and easily. Golden Tee was a huge hit and tons of fun for our family. It’s nice to have such a large swim spa but our time in it was limited, we got to watch a bear hang out in the back yard instead. He was foraging for acorns before hibernation. The sound of the creek water was really great and the gas fireplace were also favorites of ours. We go to the area a lot and have stayed in many cabins, this was very nice. Nice view of fall tree colors as well.

Stayed at this property for my 29th birthday along with 7 friends. Pictures don’t do it justice, it’s a really fun, spacious property, perfect for a gathering. The hot tub is MASSIVE, and the smart TV outside was so fun for movies. The property was immaculately clean, great location if you’re spending time downtown Gatlinburg. This is managed however by a company, so know that communication regarding the property will be a bit different than individual owners. For example, when you review the contract you’ll see it says you need to bring your own hand soap which is a bit different (it turns out this is incorrect, you’ll only need hand soap for one of the six bathrooms). You’ll need to download an additional app of theirs vs using VRBO to communicate. I asked leading up to the stay if the TV’s were smart or would require DVDs and they weren’t 100% sure but said they should be smart (they’re smart and they hooked up to wifi just fine!) So just a bit different but a GREAT place to stay and would absolutely rent this spot again.

Everything was great with no bad surprises. Only issue was hot tub which did not have the right cover and kept blowing off. Maintenance came and attached bungy cords but it was a haphazard job. One cord was too short and they forced the connection. When trying to take off the cord it broke at the bottom and came up and smacked my adult son in the forehead. Just missed his eye. He was not happy! Maintenance came out the next day and made the proper connection using eyebolts and longer cords.

We are a family of 5 with 3 children 16,13,11 and they were busy the entire time with the awesome swim spa, jacuzzi, video games, theater and pool table! We had a blast playing and staying together. The views from the living room porch are beautiful especially at night to see all the lights in town. Beds were comfortable, linens were very nice and we had lots of complimentary soaps ,shampoo, and conditioner. The Firepit out back is amazing , we loved it so much were putting in one at our house :) The ease of cutting on it as a well as the gas logs was a cinch. The location of these cabin units is great, your out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but only a few minutes back to town and grocery store a quick 7 mins away.We had a few issues with the maintenance of the house, coffee maker carafe missing and pool and jacuzzi not heating properly. Both items were gladly taken care of quickly. With the stay we also received some free activities or coupons/vouchers, this was a nice touch. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We were a little concerned about the location since snow was expected but we had no problems driving to and from the cabin with snow on the ground. The game room was the best and kept the kids occupied. Game room is on the bottom floor and it didn't heat up as well as the rest of the house but none of them complained because they were so busy will all of the games. Did find a space heater in the closet on the day we checked out that we could have used. Got to enjoy popcorn and a movie in the theatre room with all of my grandkids. The cabin was super clean when we arrived and the property was well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of non stick pots and pans. Loved having the 2 dining tables so we could all sit together and eat. We did walk around the neighborhood and to the GreenBriar Restaurant, letting the kids play in the snow. It was honestly a great cabin and we do plan on going back!

OMG!!! We absolutely LOVED our stay!!!! The cabin was spacious and beautiful with all the amenities we needed. We even got to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs.
