Great place to stay in Smokey Mountains

Easy to check in, very clean room, great experience! The blue trolley stop is in front of the building, free ride to downtown.

The Inn has two community kitchens which are great when you have prepared food to reheat and don't want to use the microwave oven in the room for everything. It was close to town and the room was clean

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff didn’t bother us( never saw them), the room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. Only problem was some crackheads yelling at us but it was funny. Overall I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in gaitlinburg

This property was very CLEAN SAFE AND well kept up! The owners have done a GREAT job with the decor and the amenities! Highly recommend it if you are looking for clean quiet and not in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg! Your close enough but not on top of everything 👍 Thank you

Don’t over look this hotel, it’s in a great area close to everything and 15 mins away from Pigeon Forge. We stayed in a quadruple room. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean and I’m thankful Katy was available when I needed her. She made sure our stay was great! We traveled with two kids during Christmas and this is our second stay. My kids love the game room and the communal kitchen had everything you needed to cook a full meal.

The outside property was decent and clean. Unfortunately we rented 2 rooms and one of the rooms was very dirty and had not been clean since the person that stayed prior to us.

I liked that they practice social distancing and you never have to get out of your car and go inside to check in . You pay online and follow directions using a code to enter the room or kitchen or familyroom or lounge social media room ect.

There wasn't anyone there to give us a room and they gave us a code to the room. We found bed bugs and tics in the room and immediately left

I was suprised that the only ice was from the in room refrigerator/freezer in one tiny, old fashioned ice cube tray. Also the "community kitchen" was 2 stoves, ovens, sinks and toasters to cook any food you brought with you. No continental breakfast. It looked modern and nice, but the beds were thin and hard. The self-serve, contactless check in was odd, but worked fine.
