We had a great time. Cabin is on a quiet mountain road but still really close to downtown Gatlinburg. The road is a bit tight but was no problem for us.
Gatlinburg is one of my favorite places and it was a joy to celebrate my 30th birthday with my closest friends. This cabin was perfect for our stay, close to Gatlinburg Trail in the Great Smoky Mountains, downtown shops and restaurants, and the aquarium. The pool table and hot tub were great to enjoy after exploring all day!
Location was amazing, probably my favorite part. The only downside I would say were the beds, literally just so uncomfortable. Should be upgraded or have a topper to make it more comfy.
Great location , great cabin, couple of small inconveniences but nothing to ruin out 5 day trip
Good views great cabin with nice layout. Very homey vibes in the mountains. Unfortunately our first night we getting dinner out together and found the dishwasher full of dishes with food still on some of the dishes, and day of check out the cleaning crew hung out side from about 9:20am waiting for us to check out at 10am. Other then the small things the overall stay was great and we had a awesome time in the Smokey’s!
We had a great time in this cabin. We enjoyed the fireplace and outdoor fire pit.
Bathrooms were clean and had a good amount of towels for our 4 night stay (2:sets each) plus hand towels.
The kitchen was good, although it only had one dish rag and one dish towel. An extra one of each would be perfect.
We felt far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg to enjoy the solitude of the mountains, but close enough to easily get to all the attractions, the park and good restaurants.
Overall, a lovely stay.
Cabin was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. For us the location was perfect. It was close, but not in Gatlinburg. And thankfully the road to get to cabin was fairly short and we didn't meet anyone as it was only wide enough for 1 vehicle and there wasn't much room for error on either side. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and nice. We loved the gas fireplace. However, we did not appreciate all the "somewhat threatening" notes about damages and losses all around the house. I can only assume they have had many issues in the past. Also note, there are very few "extra" supplies. It's a good thing Dollar General is right down the street. Also note, there was a lot of electronic equipment/devices around the cabin. This was a bit intimidating for us who just want a TV remote that works.
We have stayed at several places but Magical Moments was probably the most clean, with great space and was perfect for the 4 of us. The pool table was really nice and had lots of room so no trying to play around objects or walls. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, the cabin is nicely decorated and the hot tub was really clean!
The view as posted is not exactly what you see. The cabin is located right off of 321 so it is really close to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but you can see 321 from the deck and there is some road noise. The road to get to the cabin is very narrow and is not posted as a 1 way; however, we only ran into one other car while we were there for 3 days. The water pressure in the showers is very low.
Overall, I would highly recommend this cabin and we would stay there again.
Loads of signs all over the cabin... kind of like we’re not adults renting a cabin? Was not informed of washer being broken before our stay so needless to say I lost a couple of clothing items due to not knowing. Took more than half of our stay to get any solution to the issue. Which entailed— a vendor being scheduled to come into the cabin and not show the same day. Rescheduled the next day only to have them come the next day with a whole new washer and dryer. Not exactly how I’d choose to use three of the days of our honeymoon. We were only compensated with two free tickets to Titanic, which we were supposed to get free tickets with each night of our stay anyways; which did not happen either. Aside from dealing with work orders, the bed was hard, and water pressure was little to none. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
The cabin was perfect! It was decorated beautifully! They did an awesome job decorating! Bed was pretty comfortable. Although, we still tossed and turned quite a bit.
Hot tub was great! I like that it was not close to the ground, so I didn’t have to worry about a bear showing up. It was only on 97 when we arrived. No biggie, we got in anyway and turned up for the next night.
One thing to note: if you like to cook, there are NO spices! Not even salt and pepper! I bought some and left it there. If you are going to cook, bring everything (spices) you want or you’ll have to buy in town.
They left 1 package of coffee that was already in a filter. I knew that there wasn’t going to be much coffee, so I brought my own. However, the filters are cone shaped. We had to go buy some! I couldn’t use them at my home so, I left them at the cabin.
Roads: I think it’s important for people to leave notes about the roads. I know it’s the mountains but I will not rent a cabin that has steep narrow roads with drop offs. I am petrified of that! So, this road was one lane. However, it was only about 1/4 of a mile from 321! I didn’t mind it too bad. It would be a nightmare if you met another car because there is NO way to allow room to pass!
Overall, this cabin was perfect and I would definitely rent again!

Don't stay here.
There are warning notes all over the cabin, telling you of imposing fines. $65 for dishes, $350 for the hot tub, $200 for the rollaway cots with specific instructions, $50 if you don't take out the trash, the washing machine, etc. Since you feel all of these notes everywhere are necessary, some of them even seeming rude with capitalized, bold letters...maybe you shouldn't be in the cabin renting business?
I have a few tips for you...fix the mold in the main floor bathroom shower, the wood has mold spots all over it, as well as the wood above the hot tub, it's covered in mold spots. Invest in better quality linens and pillows, I compare the ones I slept on to a cheap motel. We found hair (human and animal) on the linens upon arrival. The main floor bedroom smelt like old urine when we arrived. I called the next morning and told the Bear Camp office. They said they'd send a housekeeper, none showed. That night (night 2) I awoke in the middle of the night and found where the smell was coming from....it was the quilt that I was just cuddled up to!!!! The housekeeper did not wash it from the previous renter and just flipped it (foot to head). I investigated further to find that the foot of the bed at the floor, smells like pee. Must have been from the previous renters pet. I'm really not happy about that part. All the office would compensate us for was a complementary excursion, which I felt was an insult. The place is nice, but overly decorated. It feels cluttered. I'm happy I brought my own salt and pepper cause there wasn't any here. The water pressure is terrible and the sinks drain very slowly in both of the bathrooms. Some kind of spray cleaner would be nice to have on hand for your renters to use. The clock in the living room on the wall doesn't work (probably needs a battery replaced) and the clock on the stove shows the incorrect time. When we got to the cabin we noticed one of the chairs that sits around the fire pit had been thrown over the hillside, and there was a wine glass on the ground that hadn't been picked up from the previous tenant. As much as you charge per night, there is much more that could be provided. I hope you take this all as constructive criticism. This experience did not meet my expectations and I would not recommend this cabin or rental company.
