★ PARKING
This cabin has parking space for 2 cars.
★ HOT TUB:
Private hot tub is drained, cleaned and sanitized before each stay. No food or drinks while you are in the hot tub.
★ KITCHEN
- Fully stocked kitchen featuring appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils.
- Coffee station with drip coffee maker. We provide ground coffee.

★ WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

★ AMENITIES:
A start-up packet of supplies is provided including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablet, travel shampoo & body wash (2 sets in total), kitchen can liners, toilet paper, and bar hand soap. You will need to bring/purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ NATURE and WILDLIFE:
- There are black bears in this area of TN. Always lock car doors/windows and don't leave any food or drinks inside your car.
- October & November are "lady bug season", and the summer is "centipedes" season. Don't be alarmed, this is absolutely normal in the area!
★ HOUSE RULES:
- Every guest making a reservation is required to sign a rental agreement provided by the host prior to the arrival date.
- No early check-ins or late check-outs (contact the host for any special requests in advance)
- All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children traveling with parents
- Please respect the total capacity. It's 6 guests including all adults and children/babies/infants.
- Although we love pets, we do not allow them at this time. If you bring a pet you will be charged $500 fee, and will be asked to leave the cabin.
- No parties
- In the event that the housekeeping team spends extra time cleaning the property due to guests leaving excessive dirt or mess, their charge will be transferred to the guests.
- No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. No drugs. If the cleaners notice smoke smell inside the cabin, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be applied at check-out. It takes a lot of time to remove smoke smell.
- Leaving behind too many trash bags (more than the bags provided) will result in an additional $40 fee. This is because our cleaners will have to make multiple trips to the waste disposal site. We don't have city garbage pick up.
- All indoor towels, blankets, pillows must stay indoors and cannot be taken outside or away from the cabin. The cost of replacing indoor items that have been taken outside will be transferred to the guests.
