Oak Square 108 is a lovely condo with private balcony overlooks pool in downtown

Oak Square of Gatlinburg is located in downtown Gatlinburg just steps from Ober Gatlinburg's Aerial Tramway. It offers an indoor heated pool as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. There is also free wireless internet. The complex is also near several restaurants and within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Convention Center. This unit is a one bedroom with a Queen bed in the bedroom. It also has a very comfortable love seat in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, toaster oven and a 2 burner range stove.

It was nice to have a kitchenette and living room. I liked the corner mirror with storage. Would have been nice to have extra shelving in bathroom and robe hook. Also a mirror in the bedroom would be nice. Just some suggestions. We would definitely stay there again.

Cookware unsafe due to Teflon worn off. Need to add a larger pot for spaghetti . Also a couple more forks would be helpful.Used Kleenex under the bed.upgrade your toilet paper. That was unusable. Wash the comforter

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was most definitely outdated and not very clean. Most likely will not rent here again. The previous two experiences was awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management was wonderful. Very easy check in and check out. Location was excellent. The room was a nice size, but it needs to be cleaned a little better. It wasn't so bad that we wouldn't stay, but it wasn't as clean as it should have been. But there was no bugs and we would stay there again.
