Fantastic condo

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this condo and it is perfect for a nice getaway for two to Gatlinburg. It's always very clean and cozy and it's only a two minute walk to the main strip downtown. It's everything you could need or want when you visit Gatlinburg. We highly recommend staying here, it has quickly become our go-to spot and we can't wait to visit again!

wonderful location

Walking distance to fun!

This property was perfect. Great view, close to the action, and beautifully appointed. We live the Donut Friar and The Pancake Pantry, among others, and it was all a short stroll away.

Gatlinburg vacation

This hotel is very close to everything BUT you must be able to walk if you don't drive to the parkway. We spent time in the pool everyday and caught the trolley right at the hotel. Great view of the town from our balcony. Easy check in and out via text messages.

Nice for a short getaway

Very clean. Easy check in. We weren’t in the room often but it was a great place to lay our heads down at night! Location allowed for a quick and easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg!

Winter getaway

This condo is close to downtown so it was nice to be able to walk and not have to pay to park. Condo was clean. Check in and check out was easy. Will stay again in the future.

Love our stay in Gatlinburg and the condo.

We enjoyed the condo and was very pleasant in everyway we needed. The location was awesome as we walked to everything we wanted to do while in town. The bed was amazing and we would love to know the brand if the owner can give us that information. If I had only one thing to complain about and that was the faucets on the kitchen and bathroom sinks, the flow was hard to rinse anything.

Anniversary getaway

One of the best places I've ever stayed in Gatlinburg, hands doen. Perfect place to stay if you're wanting to be close to downtown without all of the noise. Just a 3-5 minute walk to the main strip, the back entrance to The Village shops is just a block down the road which was a huge bonus. The condo was very clean and well maintained, not run down and worn looking like some other other lodgings in the area. All of the space and amenities two people could ask for and a nice little mountain view from the balcony. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Gatlinburg.

Perfect trip

This condo was perfect for me and my wife and our one year old. The check-in process couldn't have been easier and the condo was very clean and well stocked to get us started on our trip. Its location is perfect, you can be at the aquarium in 5 minutes along with other great locations. Parking my full size truck was no problem and the also have a ice machine at the elevator to keep snacks and drinks cold when out riding to cades cove and other locations. We normally stay at the holiday in but this condo offers so much more at a much cheaper price this will definitely be my go to location when i look to book again.

Fantastic

A great condo and location for my husband and I to visit Gatlinburg and Great Smoky NP. The only problem we had was that the outside lights came on at 7:30 pm, which was after dark in late October. Walking back from dinner at 7:15 was a little creepy with only a few emergency lights on, especially when we saw a bear in the parking lot from our balcony right after we got upstairs. 😳 There were several bears walking around town in the evenings! The folks in the office were friendly and said they would look into changing the timing of the automatic lights, but it didn’t change during our 4 night stay.

Nice but needs updating

Location for the complext is great. Unit itself felt dated. It would be nice for owner to include some tourist information in unit. Just a simple map of area would be helpful and also free trolley information. There was some traffic noise on weekend nights. Be careful getting in and out of bath/shower, it's much higher than anticipated and no handrail. I could see this being an issue for older folks It is much better to walk from property to most of the attractions because traffic is a nightmare and parking is expense ($20). Overall I could see myself staying there again but perhaps finding another unit in the same complex. Checking in and out was a breeze and much appreciated.

Great for Short Stays But....

As all the other reviews stated, the property is in an excellent location. The 5-minute stroll into town is all downhill, so the return is uphill. People with mobility issues should be aware of this. We spent 6 nights at this property. The one picture of the bedroom does not accurately show how small the room actually becomes with a king-sized bed in it. Along with the small bedroom, the closet space is much too small for a stay of more than a night or two. We made due. I put my things on the top shelf in the utility closet in the bedroom. Everything would not fit, so I laid out my jeans and sweatpants on the luggage rack. If we were to return to Gatlinburg for 6 nights, we would NOT stay here again, for the reasons mentioned above. I had hoped to be able to post several pictures of the bedroom and closets along with this review, but if I am able to, I cannot figure out how.
