Little Pond Lodge is managed by Calliday Vacation Rentals. The cabin is in Black Bear Falls Resort, which offers a gated community pool with a kiddie pool and lounge chairs during summer. Please note: the pool is closed in winter (from one week after Labor Day until one week before Memorial Day).

You’ll have full access to everything the cabin offers, including the game room, hot tub, and two spacious decks. Self-check-in is easy with keyless entry, and for peace of mind, the home is equipped with a front door security camera.

We want your stay at Little Pond Lodge to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review our key policies:
• Maximum Guests: 8
• Renter Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required (emailed after booking)
• Security Deposit: $300, just a holding deposit, will not charge on the card and be released after checkout
• Parties & Events: Not permitted Outdoor camera at entrance for safety
• Please keep doors & windows closed to avoid wildlife entering
• The roads leading to the cabin are easy to navigate with any vehicle, with no steep inclines to worry about.
• Parking is secure and available for up to two cars.

We loved our stay at Peaceful Pond! It is a beautiful area with very pretty landscaping and a truly peaceful pond. It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two 13 year old grandsons. They really enjoyed the lower area bedrooms with the pool table and arcade. It gave them some space. We liked how close we were to downtown Gatlinburg but also having a secluded cabin in a beautiful community. It was easy to get downtown and do all the shopping, eating and recreational activities. Everything was clean, sheets were soft and kitchen was well supplied. Nice coffee station too. We highly recommend Peaceful Pond.

Everything about this trip waa amazing. Manager was very easy to contact, beautiful home. Wonderful location, easy to get too, no steep hills, close to town. I would 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful cabin. Pictures give it the illusion that it may be partially secluded but it is not which was little bummer. Still a beautiful place. Very clean, first time I’ve felt comfortable not using my own bedsheets because everything was very clean.I do want to point out that the kitchen window does not lock which is a bit scary to a paranoid person like me.Would definitely visit again!

Anniversary Trip

The cabin was lovely, and we enjoyed the view of the little pond with ducks swimming around. The neighborhood was just far enough away to be private but close enough to downtown and enjoy all the sights.

Very convenient location

We had a great stay at the cabin. It’s perfect for 2 couples. Very convenient location to get into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Owner provided great communication, bathrooms an d kitchen stocked well, and no issues during our stay.

Great mountain get away

We had a wonderful time, the cabin was clean, beds are comfy and kitchen had plenty of dishes. The top deck was a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and the hot tub on the lower deck was great for relaxing after a busy day in town.

A nice time in the mountains

Clean, comfortable place in the mountains. Enjoyed being some distance from the traffic and congestion in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Perfect Cabin for a family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Little Pond Cabin. It was spacious and clean and a perfect spot for a family vacation. Our children enjoyed playing by the pond, and visiting the ducks. The spacious porches were a great place to sit and relax. We recommend it!

Perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg

Family trip

The cabin was perfect for our family. Our kids enjoyed having their own floor and playing pool and we all enjoyed sitting on the patio and feeding the ducks. It was an easy drive to downtown gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The swimming pool is close to the cabin and the neighborhood is beautiful. Highly recommend this cabin and neighborhood.

Wonderful and peaceful

Our stay at the Little Pond Lodge was so wonderful! We had 4 adults, 3 kids and there was plenty of room for all! It was very clean, which is so appreciated, and it was fully stocked with enough supplies to get us through an entire week. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to the Gatlinburg area! Easy to get to town but so peaceful.

This cabin was awesome. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Tons of games for the kiddos. Hot tub very clean. Great neighborhood. Had several bear encounters around the cabin. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Cabin and Location!

I can’t say enough about this cabin and our stay! The location is perfect. Close to Gatlinburg but far enough away that it is very quiet. The kids loved the hot tub and the arcade. Everything is very clean and comfortable and I had great communication with the owners whenever I had a question. The best part was we got to see a bear! We would stay here again and recommend to anyone!
