Two swimming pools are available in Mountain Shadows Resort for guest use from May 1st to October 1st.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire cabin during your stay, except for a couple locked spaces where supplies are stored. Prior to check in, you will receive a pre-arrival message containing important check in information, including directions and an access code for the front door smart lock.
The Neighborhood:
The cabin is located in the highly convenient and well-rated log cabin community of Mountain Shadows Resort. The resort offers a quintessential Smoky Mountain experience while still being close to town. During the summer months, enjoy one of the two outdoor pools within the community, including one within walking distance of the cabin.
Other Things to Note:
Our full set of policies can be found lower on the page, but here are a few important ones:
▪ Please provide the first and last names of all guests when submitting a booking, plus tell us a little something about your stay and what brings you to the area. We are careful about who we rent to and like to get to know our guests.
▪ Our minimum age to book is 25
▪ Check in is 4pm or later, checkout is by 10am.
▪ No smoking inside or out.
Interaction with Guests:
We live two hours from the cabin in western NC and will be your point of contact up to and throughout your stay. We share with booked guests our best contact number for calling and messaging, as well as a contact number for our local cleaner in case of an emergency.
A digital guest manual/area guidebook will be shared with booked guests before arrival. It provides information about amenities, important phone numbers, checkout procedures, etc., along with an in-depth guide and recommendations to area dining, shopping, activities & more! No app needed.
