Please be advised that the property is currently experiencing a temporary Wi-Fi connectivity issue. We are actively working with our service provider to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.
- No RV or Trailer parking.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.
- The community pool is open on Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day from 9am to 9pm, and pool service twice a week.
- The Community Pool is at 1151 Upper Alpine Way, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. It`s the Upper Alpine Clubhouse.
