5 minutes walking distance to downtown Gaitlinburg. It is safe. I would stay there again. The only downside of being close to downtown is music/band playing until 10-11 pm

I love the property. And got to see the view of the forest when the black bears comes out. And walking distance to the shopping plaza and restaurants and gift shops. It was worth the trip. Definitely will come back to visit again. 10/10

Rooms were well maintained if a little outdated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Did have an issue with water pouring down from the room above me, but the staff were quick with the maintenance and the room change. Would gladly stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The location was great for walking around downtown, However, our room was never cleaned and the building was likely built in the 70s and never updated. Although the AC worked very well and kept us comfortable in the unseasonal heat.

Staff was professional, quick and informative. Room was clean, beds comfortable. View from room was cute, continental breakfast. Parking was sufficient considering we stayed during Jeep week. Great hotel with super nice and friendly staff! We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside was the Wi-Fi—it was extremely weak and barely connected at all. We just wish they could provide a more reliable connection, especially for guests who need Wi-Fi for important matters. Other than that, we had a great experience!
