Nestled in the hillside, this 2nd floor unit is located above the downtown Gatlinburg Parkway with easy walking to street level.

Visualize gorgeous mountain views from your private master bedroom balcony or entertain guests on the main balcony off living room.

Spacious master bedroom supports: king-size bed, private bath w/ walk-in tile shower, garden tub Jacuzzi and granite top dual sink vanity.

Guest bedroom: (2) queen-size beds with private access to full bath that includes tub/shower combo. Each bedroom supports its own TV for individual viewing.

Conveniently located in the guest bedroom closet are a Pack n Play Mobile Play Yard & High Chair for the little ones.

Fully furnished kitchen with upgraded granite top counter & bar area is ready for home cooked meals or awesome appetizer preparation. Additional conveniences: dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer along with blender, toaster, mixer and electric knife. Caffeine Lovers; fear not, both Keurig & Traditional coffee makers are available.

Dining Room seats (6), but can accommodate more w/ table leaf extended for playing games and socializing with Family & Friends.

Snuggle up on chilly days with the warmth from beautiful gas stone fireplace. Enjoy free WiFi and Cable TV.
No Pets allowed with the exception of Service Dogs.

I was so pleased with the property. There is even a “resident” black bear, who would walk by (on the other side of a fence) as I would drink my coffee in the morning. We could walk down the hill and be right at the convention center, and yet, it was tucked back and private. Didn’t have to worry about trying to park downtown- we’d just walk! The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect location to be restful and quiet but right in the middle of all of the fun things to do! Excellent place to stay!! We will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner than later!!

Just wow!

The condo was amazing! Clean, comfortable and convenient. Every detail had been thought of by the owners. We were in town for the Bigfoot Conference at the convention center and it is an easy walk and close to the heart of Gatlinburg. We plan to make this our "home away from home" from here on out and stay here often. We loved everything about the stay!

Fantastic other than a few tid bits.

The condo was clean and amazing and I love how close to down town it is. I took a star off because the elevator down to the main road was broken and you have to walk up and down a VERY steep hill to get the the main road and the hot tub was closed for the season still. (We stayed in mid March). I didn’t mind the hill but someone in our group had a lot of trouble walking it.

Calm in crisis

This was a much needed break at the beginning of the corona virus outbreak. It provided the mental break with all amenities to make this happen. This is the second time my family had the opportunity to stay in this condo. In general, the location of all Summit Manor condos can not be beat. However, this condo receives extra attention for the guests. We have stayed in these condos many times in the past several years. Small things provided by the owner add so much to our stay here. The owner is very accessible and responsive. We will be back. A big thank you to the owner!

This is a great location if you like to walk to the main Gatlinburg downtown area. The condo was clean, well maintained, had very comfortable beds, and had all the necessities. Will stay again!

Great for family with teens

The location was right in the heart of the strip in Gatlinburg. Everything in the condo was well appointed and very clean. I don’t feel comfortable or safe with my teen in a separate hotel room, so a VRBO condo is much better for us, where they and we need private sleeping and dressing spaces. The condo was quite spacious and very comfortable for our needs. The checkout request list was short and reasonable. We would easily try to stay here in this unit again.

Great Christmas visit

Perfect Stay in Gatlinburg!

This was our first time visiting Gatlinburg, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The location was absolutely ideal – just a short walk to all the attractions on the strip, making it so convenient to explore the area. The condo itself was perfect – much better than any hotel we've stayed in. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Our kids having their own bed was such a nice touch, and the two full bathrooms were a game changer for our group. It made mornings so much easier! It was also quiet, which made for a relaxing stay, and we felt completely safe during our time there. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back!
