Mountain Cabin Experience

Heartwood Cabin

Beautiful Cabin in the Mountains

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location (although very steep)! Anthony’s instructions were very helpful in finding our way to the cabin and navigating the driveway.

Very nice Cabin with everything you would need to spend time exploring The mountains and relaxing. Dustin was Awesome and very accessible and helpful when we had a question. We had an amazing Stay and hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Wonderful Experience

Our family of 5 (kids aged 8, 4, and 2) stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The property owner sent us all the information right away and checked in with us throughout our stay. The cabin is exactly as advertised and very spacious for a family our size. My kids loved the hot tub and the game room! The beds were comfortable and all the basics were provided that we needed for the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything We Hoped For

This cabin was exactly what we wanted! The teenage boys loved the upstairs and we all enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a busy day. The host was amazing, super friendly and great at communicating. I highly recommend staying here!

PERFECT!

Absolutely perfect cabin! Spacious, clean and fully stocked, located close enough to all of the activities to enjoy them without the long haul back to the cabin afterwards. They even had Christmas decorations up, really just making it even more adorable! We brought our pets with us as well, and there is a completely contained porch you and your dogs can enjoy without any fears of them running off. I wish I was still there! We will be staying there from now on!

Beautiful Cabin, wish we stayed even longer!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! The kids and even my husband loved the game room!! Everything was perfect when we arrived and check in process was so easy! We were all sad when it was time to go home! Convenient location with a short ride into Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again!!

Cleanest and no issues at all!

We stayed here for our “baby moon” we found this place very relaxing. This has also been the first place we have stayed in where we felt like it was super clean! Dustin was super easy to get ahold of, no complaints!

Blissful hideaway high-up in the Smokey’s

Perfect cabin with all the mod cons and conveniences for a relaxed stay. Host’s communication from start to finish was great. Cabin was clean, comfortable and all amenities were in good working order. There is not much flat surface area around the cabin to walk a dog but we found a wonderful dog park within 15 min drive that our doggie enjoyed and we got to meet some super friendly locals. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to book this property again.

Beautiful cabin with the best location

The pictures of this cabin doesn’t do it justice. It’s so beautiful and so clean. It has a welcome home feel to it. The view is breathtaking and the hot tube was a perfect touch to help relax. My girls 13 & 8 loved their loft area and the arcade game. It was just the perfect vacation spot and was close to everything. Loved being located middle of everything we wanted to do. The host really made us feel important by checking in on us and making sure we were having a great stay. I have already recommended this place to my parents who will be visiting Gatlinburg in the spring.

Honeymoon get away

We had always wanted to see Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. I found this cabin by total accident but fell in love with it. Owners are very communicative, friendly, accommodating, and just overall great to deal with! The cabin was beautiful and the game room was an awesome bonus! If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway check this cabin out! Our pupps even loved to sleep in front of the cozy fireplace! Thank you again!

Family Fun Friendly and an Escape from the World

We loved this home away from home! Whether eating, talking or playing games we loved being around the large table surrounded by windows. The hot tub was a favorite spot for our family after a long morning of hiking. Upstairs was perfect for my son and his friend as they could play on the arcade game or watch television. The road and driveway leading to the house was daunting the evening we arrived but each day we felt more comfortable with the steep incline. Our only complaint was the limited amounts of toilet paper, trash bags, dish washer soap left in the home for us to use. On the other hand, there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We really enjoyed our stay.

Heartwood Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay here. The inside of the cabin is just like the pictures on the listing. The deck outside could use some cleaning and pressure washing. The road in is just like climbing a mountain. Wish it wasnt quite as high up the mountain like it was. Neighbors far enough away that they do not disturb you. The property manager is excellent. Overall we really loved it. Not sure if we would stay here again but that is just because of the location on the mountain. Just leaving and coming into the cabin takes 5 minutes or more. Next trip might look for something a little easier to access.

First Time Tennessee Getaway

The host, Dustin, was exceptional! Questions asked were responded to in a more than timely manner. The description of the home, drive up the mountain and surrounding area were extremely accurate. The house was in impeccable condition, all furniture and decorations are up to date. Everything you need for your stay is available in the house. All appliances, accessories and a grill were available. The hot tub and game room were nice touches to the home. It’s about a 15 minute drive to Food City for groceries with a Starbucks inside, gas station and Dollar General close by. It’s a 20 to 30 minute drive to the Gatlinburg strip and a 40 to 50 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. The house did not disappoint.

Beautiful and quiet

Rented it for a little weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday. It’s pet friendly, so we could bring our dog, which was awesome! The cabin is about 8 min drive up the hills from the main road, and even though there’s a bunch of them around, it was still very quiet and nice. It had a fully equipped kitchen (even baking supplies and a crock pot), a hot tub that seats 4, a cool game room, 2 bedrooms and a swing on the porch that I personally enjoyed every morning=) The driveway is very steep and it was a little problematic one night after the rain (mostly because it was also covered in leaves and we have a tiny sedan). Dustin did a great job giving us very specific instructions on the best way to get up the driveway. Dustin is a great host. He made sure to leave us very detailed instructions on how to get to the property, the stores around, etc. And he checked on us on the second day to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a really great time and would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a cute place to stay in the mountains, that’s still not far from Gatlinburg.

Slice of heaven

We had an amazing stay in the house in Gatlinburg, it was a cozy home nestled nicely up in the mountains. We loved sitting by the fire in the evenings warming our toes after soaking in the hot tub. One of our funnest activities was playing the table shuffle board located in the game room at the house, took my wife and I back to some of our "beginnings". Dustin, the host, is AMAZING, he was so kind to provide us with a surprised trophy for my wife and I's shuffleboard competition which was sooo much fun. I can't say enough wonderful things about the host, his communication and attention to all the details is second to none. The neighborhood is great with paved roads all the way up the the cabin. We were lucky enough to see a few bears on the way up to the cabin on a few different occasions, never at the cabin. We enjoyed playing the golf corse located at the foot of the mountain which was tranquil and beautiful. We will definitely rent this home again, I highly recommend it to anyone with a smaller family or to a couple who just needs a tranquil get away. We LOVED it ❤️ Thank you Dustin !!!!!!
