Our Chalet Village community is adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park—black bears & wildlife are common.
Please:

No food left outside or in vehicles
Do not interact with or feed wildlife.

For added security, we have exterior Ring cameras (no audio unless the Ring Doorbell is pressed), smoke detectors, and interior motion sensors.

We personally take full inventory & video documentation before/after every guest. We take fraud/damages very seriously. No 3rd party bookings. We host guests because we really enjoy what we do.

My family and I stayed over Valentines Day weekend, and we were greeted with the chocolates and candy bars and the sweetest card. We did briefly lose power one day with the storms, but were able to be in constant communication and while we were out and power was restored, they remoted into the heat settings and turned it up for us. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect home for our family spring break vacation. Beds were cozy and the home had everything furnished which was very nice compared to other rentals we have stayed in. We enjoyed the lighted covered patio, hot tub and all of the games the home has to offer. This chalet was absolutely beautiful, well lighted and the owners were very very kind! We had 0 issues and would definitely stay here again!

This cabin is even better in person! The design is impecable and feels like you've stepped into the show Madmen (in a good way). The kitchen, laundry and baths were well stocked with everything you will need. The robes and slippers are a luxurious touch. We loved the layout for two families. The screened patio was a lovely place to sit and have coffee in the morning and to sit and watch TV late night if you're a night owl after the early birds go to sleep. Because of the shape of the cabin (circular), sound travels throught the house but the basement and screened patio make it possible to have some space when needed. A few in our group tried out the giant tub and raved how lovely it was and the showers were fun - high tech and like flying a jet engine :) Glad everything was labeled! We didn't try the sauna but the hot tub was great and clean. The mattresses were on the firm side, if thats your preference. The location is super close to the main strip of Gatlinburg and a short drive to the bypass, so extremely conventient to most things in the area. Lori and Juan checked on us to let us know of bears in the area and were quick to answer a question here and there. They are excellent hosts and have thought of everything!
