Wildlife & Safety
Our Chalet Village community is adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park—black bears & wildlife are common.
Please:
Keep house doors & house windows closed/locked at all times.
Keep vehicles locked, windows closed.
No food left outside or in vehicles
Do not interact with or feed wildlife.
For added security, we have exterior Ring cameras (no audio unless the Ring Doorbell is pressed), smoke detectors, and interior motion sensors.
Booking Policies & House Rules
Check-in: 5:00 PM (No early check-in unless confirmed)
Check-out: 10:00 AM (No late check-outs)
No pets allowed (violations result in immediate cancellation & $10,000+ fine)
No house parties, visitors, or unauthorized guests
No smoking inside; outdoor smoking permitted
No fire pits, open fires, or no indoor fireplace use

We personally own, renovate, and maintain our homes in Gatlinburg, ensuring exceptional hospitality and a well-cared-for, amazing experience. Our prices are set, please don’t ask for discounts. Many homes are available in the area if our home doesn’t fit your budget.
This is not a management company rental—we take joy in providing rental accommodations.
We ask you to please communicate with us. You are renting from actual, local owners. If you need us, we are here for you. We personally take full inventory & video documentation before/after every guest. We take fraud/damages very seriously. No 3rd party bookings. We host guests because we really enjoy what we do.
