Welcome to The Roaring Fork Farmhouse! This brand new cabin sits on the mighty Roaring Fork Stream and is walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, TN! This beautiful cabin features custom high end finishes from top to bottom! The cabin sleeps 6 guests total and features a bedroom, loft, and two bathrooms. Sit on the private covered deck in the hot tub while listening and watching the rushing water flow right out of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park! Come visit us in Gatlinburg today!

Paved roads and parking available at the cabin. This cabin is only .7 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Keurig coffee maker takes both grounds and k cups (bring own).

Hot tubs are drained and cleaned between each guest stay for sanitation and on check-in day they may need time to heat up to desired temperature depending on what time the cabin was last cleaned. Please adjust to desired temperature and standard mode upon arrival.

Preferred method of contact with host is through the website messenger and guests agree to always send any message through website messenger even if they send it by other means of contact.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Loved our stay at the Roaring Fork Farmhouse. Everything was very clean, with just enough room for 4, the beds were comfortable and it has a homey feel. Sitting on the porch, listening to the stream is amazing.

Magnificent!

First time to the Smokey’s and absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of town. Sleeping at night with the window cracked and listening to the Brook running in the back was so peaceful. It was nice coming home after walking around town and sitting in the hot tub watching football on the TV. I would strongly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to come back.

Waterfront cabin

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The check in process was seamless, and the communication with the property manager was great. The location was wonderful as well. 5 minutes or less to a grocery store, close to downtown Gatlinburg and the Gatlinburg Smokey Mountain National Park entrance. There was also a trolley stop right down the road from the cabin for the courtesy trolley that runs through Gatlinburg if you’re not up to the walk. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

Christmas to remember!

The property was AMAZING! Great location and was exactly what we wanted. We had to change our Christmas vacation plans last minute due to weather. I'm so happy we did. This cabin was cozy and we enjoyed decorating for Christmas. The management was so personal and professional! We will be back!

Music to my ears

We enjoyed are stay here very much. Location was great and within walking distance to many trolley stops if you didn’t mind hoofing it into town or paying for parking. Walking to town was fine…downhill. Heading back…uphill grinder. The hot tub made up for that. My favorite part was the creek running behind the property. It was so soothing to open the windows and go to sleep to the sound of the rushing creek. Music to my ears!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was one of the cutest rentals I have ever seen. I booked this for a girls trip and all of my friends loved it. The hot tub next to the creek was amazing. The location was perfect, so close to everything downtown. The check in/out process couldn’t have been easier and the host was very nice & helpful. We’re already talking about booking again!

NYE getaway

My wife and I stayed here the week after Christmas. Location was great for walking to downtown, yet was still quiet and peaceful along the river. Super clean and modern. Private balcony with hot tub was also very nice. Communication with Chris was seamless. Would definitely recommend 10/10

great creek side retreat

The property was amazing. Wife and I stayed for three nights, each night just relaxing on the deck at night after a day of hiking or wandering downtown. Just got back and she is working on planning our next stay.

Pristine

The cabin was so so clean, and sometimes people say that and it's not that clean...but this was really was! It is so new and beautifully appointed. It was close enough to all the action of Gatlinburg, but far enough where we felt it was a little retreat. So, the cabin was fantastic. The only downside would be the several reminders that there would be no early check ins and no late check outs. We didn't plan to ask for one, but it's kind of a bummer to feel pushed out, especially since it's not the cheapest cabin around. Other than that, we loved it.
