Painted ceramic work on the front door of the nursery Joseph Pallach in Gavà (province of Barcelona). The work signed by Pilarín Bayés represents several figures that could be beings with wings of butterflies on a starry background, that this beings carry and interact with some typical ingredients of Catalan cuisine (asparagus, eggs, oil and salt). In the center an heraldic shield of Gavà there hangs a wreath of flowers. The image was taken with a Panasonic DMC-ZX1 and retouched using GIMP 2.8 (cut and contrast).

Excellent stay at Masd Mediterraneo. Hotel very clean, rooms very practical made for a family of 4 . We had an Apartment at first floor with 2 rooms , 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen. Staff very nice . For sure we would like to come back at this hotel .

The roads are so uneven.. very dangerous overall.. no shops close by what so ever!!!
