"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. "The room is nice, price is good. But the swimming pool hours are not convenient as they open only from 11-7p so you cant check out City of Florence much if you want to use their pool. The room is nice but the view is not as good as all we see are the back of the other Bungalows. No internet in the room ( we stay at the new Bungalow areas). "Very Italian spacious property the area was very good The ac does shut off after a few hours for economic reasons and the nicely arranged showers did leak but it was beautiful we were six adults that had enough space and three bathrooms ( one couple did sleep on a sofa bed but it was not terrible) it could use a bit of update for for lighting and the sofa beds mattress good fit for us "
