"The hotel is in a beautiful setting. On arrival James and Felix gave us a lovely welcome & explained where everything could be found, we received a room upgrade with a sea view & balcony as they are completing works / upgrades to the restaurant & rooms. The works took place from 8am onwards, it didn't effect us. Its great to see the money being invested. Our upgraded room was beautiful with a wonderful sea view. The food in the restaurants was of a very high standard, the same for the breakfast. All the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, the staff on reception, restaurant (evening and breakfast), tthe pool staff, the bar, the cleaners, even the workmen onsite. Very polite and can't do enough for you. Highly recommend, we will definitely be going back in the future. Large list of available day trips and things to do, away from the hotel and plenty to do at the hotel, water sports etc, highly recommend the spa, we had a massage which was amazing. Large list of treatments, all very reasonably priced. Thank you to everyone at the hotel that made our honeymoon & holiday so special. "

"Great hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Club room benefits were good value with snacks throughout the day and ample food choices, including alcoholic beverages, in the evenings. Great views from the clubs lounge too. Breakfast is available in both the club lounge or main restaurant offering a bigger selection of foods. "

"Based on my observations and comparing with some hotels that I stayed before, I shared with PIC at related areas of responsibility and most importantly they listed and noted those areas that I mentioned and recommended for improvement. This means they are interested to continuously improve and become better, this energy is positive. Overall, I am glad to stay there as very conveniently located together with Siri’s Shopping Mall, I did some shopping and dine there too. In fact the in-dining I ordered a roasted salmon was simply delicious 👌"

"We were a group of nature lovers who were using this as a three night stay to get used to the temperature and time change upon arrival in Borneo. Loved the grounds and snorkeling right from the beach. Fantastic nature center staffed by several biologists. The food options were a bit pricey but we were expecting that. The grounds were very birdy and we found two Borean Pit Vipers. The mangrove tour was fantastic. Room is very good quality for the price."

"This place is small but beautiful. The pace is slow and relaxing. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. There are activities to do each day if you want a bit of action and the equipment is all available. The timing of the scheduled activities can be a bit hit and miss but they make them available if you want them. Poolside is very relaxing. The spa treatments are wonderful with Amy but make sure you try and book them in advance. Lovely breakfasts and menu in general. A great place to relax and chill out. "
