"Pool and hot tub were perfect for our family getaway. Rooms were clean with refrigerator and microwave. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Hotel breakfast was very good!"

Otsego/Hidden Valley is a must see/do. Tip-make sure you are on the top/3rd floor so you don’t experience the only downside hearing the people above you."

"Room had left over trashing it, there was no running water to the bathroom sink, the tub was chipping paint everywhere, no smoke detector. That hallways were literally falling apart, dripping water, paint falling, doors with holes in them. Would NEVER stay here or recommend it again. Stayed in way better for less money. Absolutely disgusting. "

"Lovely, very clean and quiet condo not far from Otsego Ski resort. We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds. A few tips for winter visitors …. hilly approach when you first turn into area and another hill as you turn off into the condo complex lane so if there has been a lot of recent snow … need all wheel drive. We saw a front wheel only small ford get stuck and have to call tow truck. All of the snow pack turned this condo complex road into a one car at time one lane road only. There is stairs and walk down to condo very snow covered not appropriate for elderly or wheel chairs. In summer there may be a ramp path but did not see one under all that snow. Not the property owners fault… I’m sure complex hires snow removal folks but snow removal was not done well as much of lot was mid calf deep in snow. stairs were snow packed and slippery. We all had good boots and no handicaps so the snowy lot, stairs and trail through snow covered trees to the condo door was sort of magical. But for the elderly or handicap it would be problematic. No great indoor storage for snowboard or skis so we left ours on the porch as it is very quiet and seemed safe. No one touched our stuff. Very nice place. Great use of space as it seemed much larger than advertised square feet. High recommend. "

"The whole experience was exceptionally good. Our host LeAnn was prompt with responses, including when the first arrivers in our party didn't realize there was a binder with answers to any questions and texted the host (embarrassing, but LeAnn was gracious)! The home is clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and the views are breathtaking. We made a fire one night and s'mores, and will have fond memories forever. And a few people in our party kayaked, what a great bonus! Our family had gathered together for a long weekend to honor my mom who had passed recently, and the home was perfect. It felt like home, where we could catch up with each other and reminisce about Mom. We hope to go back when we have a little more time to spend in Gaylord."
