Great hotel just steps away from the waterfront! Wonderful staff, great daily breakfast, and smooth airport taxi that was arranged by the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone - first timers especially!
Great location and very comfortable . This was my 3 rd stay and my first stay was part of a tour . I could not believe when I checked in that they knew I was part of a tour originally and recognized me as such ! Great customer service . Will continue to stay here when in Gdańsk .
It was modern bathroom. It was large for its size. The breakfast was a buffet: some cheeses and bread, some pastries and scrambled eggs and hard-boiled egg. It could be more modern (that’s why I give four stars). It was centrally located.
Location was good. Approximately 10 min walk to Christmas Market area. We visited the Second World War Museum. Again approximately 10 mins walk away. A must visit if you're in to that. Free on tuesdays!! Maritime museum free on wednesdays.
Breakfast wasn't very good for us. Hardly any choice of warm food, not even toast. Ample continental food. That was the only thing that let the hotel down for us.
Cleanliness was good. My only gripe with the eco side of things was, they changed towels even when you had asked them not to. And, the rooms were very hot during the night.
Bed was comfy apart from the pillows. Everyone is different when it comes down to pillows.
Complimentary bottles of water were left daily.
I would recommended this hotel.
Good food. Good location, other than navigating driving to it since there are a lot of restricted and one-way old town streets nearby. Great soaking tub and large bathroom.
