"We liked the location. Right in town. This what we didn’t like. We were not greeted at the property as stated. Thank goodness my dau speaks German, had internet access on her phone and the skills to locate the owner who gave her the passcode to get the room key out of lock box. He stated he didn’t see the reservation and upgraded our room. Next we expected to have breakfast everyday for €7.50 each. We went down for breakfast only to find no one on site and no breakfast. "It was the worse experience in my life. Unfriendly lady in property, she stole our money, didnt give us accomodation and left quickly with her car. She left us alone there, in front of her house, with animals walking around, in a dirty place. She was rude, she cheated. Such place should not be authorized to give tourist service. Big shock. My friend got almost heart attack and she couldnt sleep that night. We had to move to another place."

"Das Problem ist, dass man das Hotel am Berg nur bis 16:00 Uhr buchen kann und auch einchecken kann. Nachher ist es nicht mehr möglich dort einzustecken oder die Bergbahn führt einen auch nicht mehr nach oben. Das ist auf ihrem Portal irreführend dargestellt. Man geht davon aus man kann die ganze Zeit anreisen. Zur Not auch mit Late Checkin. "Als in der Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass wir Monteurzimmer gebucht haben, waren wir schon auf Schlimmeres vorbereitet, allerdings wurde das leider noch übertroffen. Das Angebot stimmt überhaupt nicht mit der Beschreibung überein. Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbetten, jeder Bettbezug unterschiedlich, okay damit kann man leben… Aber es gibt nur Gemeinschaftsduschen und - Toiletten, das sollte schon erwähnt werden! Die Wände sind sehr schmutzig, die Mülleimer in den Toiletten waren nicht gelehrt und...

"Séjour plus rapide que prévu étant donné que j'ai réservé une chambre et que l'hôtel était fermé. Apres appel du numéro affiché sur la porte en cas d'absence une personne est venu me proposer une chambre dans une autre résidence pas du tout en lien avec la réservation que j'avais passé.
