Frans and his team have thought of everything! No detail has been missed! They were so accommodating, helpful, & friendly. The breakfast each morning was far more than i could ever ask for. Our joglo was full of culture and character while still satisfying all my needs & wants. Very clean! All our tours were through Alamanda, which meant having our private guide all week, who was flexible to our needs and desires, making our trip amazing! This was our best experience we have had yet through the...

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, they ask what time you want it the night before, then serve a huge delicious breakfast right outside your room. There is unlimited free water coffee and tea. The rooms are new and clean. The ac and wifi worked well. The bathroom was small but it was clean and had good hot water and water pressure.

Our experience was great from check-in to check-out. Ririn, Erni and all the wonderful staff at Borobudurhills made sure we had a very pleasant stay. They went above and beyond to arrange tours, provide transportation and even order food at a local restaurant for us. The premises are clean and organized. Our room was perfect. Very spacious, clean, elegant and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. The best feature was the magnificent view of Bodobudur Temple and Merapi Volcano from our infinity...

If you stay here, you are right in the heart of one of the coolest neighborhood's in Yogyakarta. It's like a Javanese Williamsburg Brooklyn or Wicker Park Chicago. You can hear live music each night and you have your choice of all kinds of foods and restaurants. Like coffee? Coffee galore.
Across the street they will do your laundry - same day and if you need a bottle of water there is a Circle K in front of the place.
The interior of the guest house is very, very nice. If you think your...

Very nice, extremely friendly and helpful, small, homestay-style place with only 4 rooms and a communal kitchen. It’s run by a woman named Irta who speaks very good English. It’s within walking distance to the main sights of central Yogyakarta, but it’s on a small side street which makes it reasonably quiet at night. (Central Yogyakarta is never completely quiet). Irta is extremely helpful. They serve breakfast if you want it. They have hot showers and cold ac. I can highly recommend it if...
