When an upgraded room Gives you a view of a wall 2 feet away, you may as well be in a coffin. Also paying $4 for a small bottle of water just isn’t customer friendly. There are other places to spend your money and holiday

If only we had more time....

It was amazingly beyond what we expected - with beach views. What a great apartment! The weekend stay was for the purpose of attending a wedding in Bannockburn....but we didn't want to leave Quality Hotel afterwards :(

Not for those with any disabilities. Many steps to get up to the level of the rooms. A lift would have been really handy! Only a few rooms at ground level and I was told that you have to get in early to get one of them. Also shower over a spa bath so dangerous to get in and out. Great restaurant and great staff all around. really good food. wonderful location!

Perfectly located overlooking Corio Bay the hotel’s position provided us with an opportunity to enjoy an early morning stroll along the coastal path and watch the sun rise. Perfect! A comfortable room met our expectations.

Nice hotel in pretty location

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. Room was really lovely and bathroom was fabulous. Location would be the only downside, as is a little way out of town, although has beautiful views over the bay.

Hôtel bord de baie

L'hôtel est bien situé mais la chambre est franchement moche et vieille. Le mobilier est usé, la salle de bain est à refaire entièrement. La chambre 28 est situé au RDC et donne sur un petit patio qui est séparé de la rue par une petite palissade. La porte d'accès ferme mal, il n'y a pas de volet. Bref, c'est très moyen et ça ne mérite pas la bonne note qu'il a. Cela dit, j'ai lu que quelques chambres ont été rénovée, je n'ai pas eu de chance.
