In the middle of the idyllic Geltinger Bucht nature reserve and 50 m from the water, the Auszeit is an architectural highlight, newly built in 2015. Hovering half a metre above the ground, the holiday home sympathises with its natural environment and offers space for 2-4 people.



From the 55 sqm bankirai wood terrace with all-day sun, a 4 m wide external staircase leads to the garden. The 400 square metre property, fenced in and for private use, offers a fantastic view of unspoilt nature and the Baltic Sea.



High ceilings and huge window fronts characterise the interior of the holiday home. While the open-plan kitchen offers all the amenities of high-quality equipment, a solid dining table and the spacious living room with stove invite you to linger.



The master bedroom also offers a picturesque view of the water and nature.



The glass rainforest shower in the stylish bathroom offers a truly relaxing experience.



Clean shapes, clear colours and simple materials characterise the purist style of the holiday home and provide the necessary retreat. The minimalist furnishings dispense with unnecessary accessories and emphasise light and space. While soft, matt colour compositions predominate, individual colour accents provide subtle vibrancy. Less is more in the time-out.



Please note that this property can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday in the high and low seasons. Shorter stays are also possible in the low seasons. Please contact us for a quote.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Lage ist herrlich und mit Hund ideal. Leider waren Plissee und Lamellen im Wohnzimmer funktionsunfähig, wodurch man ab 16:00 Uhr (November, früh dunkel) auf einem Präsentierteller saß. Gleich gemeldet, aber bei Nachfrage 3 Tage später hieß es dann: "tja, die Lage ist abgelegen - da kommt unser Hausservice nicht oft hin." Das geht natürlich nicht in dieser Preisklasse. Daher 1 Stern Abzug für den verlorenen Wohlfühlfaktor. Service ist Service - auch wenn das Haus etwas abgelegener liegt.

Urlaub in der Auszeit

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, das haben wir und unsere Hunde sehr genossen. In der Beschreibung stehen 2 Liegen, leider war nur eine da. Der Grill war kaputt und das WLAN Passwort falsch. Solche Dinge müssen gecheckt und vor Vermietung ausgetauscht werden! Die Matratzen sind der Horror. Trotzdem kommen wir sehr sehr gerne wieder. Insgesamt 4 Sterne!

Top Location - aber mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren

Die Lage, die Aufteilung des Hauses und der Style der Einrichtung sind super. Allerdings gibt es deutliche Spuren des Gebrauches. So fehlten mehrere Lamellen der Verdunkelung, unser Bett musste mit einem Spanngurt zusammengehalten werden und es gibt schwarzen Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche. Das schmälert den guten Eindruck deutlich und passt auch nicht zum doch stolzen Preis. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unser Hund hat den umzäunten Graten genossen und das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt!

Die "Auszeit" ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, die Natur beginnt direkt an der letzten Stufe der großzügigen Terrasse. Wenn unser Hund nicht gerade im Garten lag, kam unser "Hauskaninchen" bis auf wenige Meter an die Terrasse heran. Und die Vögel sammelten sich im Schilfgürtel zum Flug in die Winterquartiere. Für Hundebesitzer ist die Lage ideal, da man nach wenigen Metern Wege zum Gassigehen erreicht Diese sind trotz der hohen "Hundedichte" sehr sauber, da die meisten Leute die Hinterlassenschaft ihrer Hundes wegräumen. Und nur wenige Schritte entfernt vom Haus ist ein gutes Restaurant gelegen. Das Haus ist schön und modern eingerichtet, besonders das großzügige Bad war sehr angenehm. Und die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war ebenfalls in Ordnung, die Mitarbeiter waren ohne Wartezeiten sofort telefonisch erreichbar und gaben freundlich und kompetent Auskunft. Wird sicherlich nicht die letzte Auszeit in der Geltinger Bucht gewesen sein!
