"No bar as advertised. Advertised as gay friendly and nothing in the hotel or staff to suggest gay sensitivity. That said, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the property was immaculately clean. The complementary breakfast was delicious and an abundant amount of food. "

"This is a fantastic property! It is a small boutique apartment hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice courtyard. Our room was 1000 ft.² with two bedrooms and a kitchen and the living area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel it is in the heart of the old town - walking distance of the major sites. "

"The electrical outlets are old so it is hard to charge devices , it is very clean and has antique charm they made us feel safe . There is more than 2 floors and this affected us getting the room needed because I was not able to climb stairs the water had great pressure but hardly was hot at all "

"Beautifully maintained property in a traditional building near the Historic Center of Quito. Beautiful woodwork with modern and traditional art in the rooms and hallways. Plumbing, bedding and wifi are all modern and completely functional. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast are delicious. "
