Confused about breakfast

Was in town for a wedding, the stay was good. Confused about morning breakfast, when I filled out what I wanted, the clerk said I get 2 of everything, one for me and one for my wife. Next morning, we split one breakfast.

Easy check in and out. The shower was broken, tv was small. The refrigerator didn’t work. Everything looked old with wear and tear. The lighting in bathroom was bad. It wasn’t worth the money. I have been in better places for half that price. The two best things about the place was the comfort of the bed I would give it two thumbs up and the place was clean.

They need to fix the bathroom. It was terrible. The shower holder was broken. I had to hold the shower spray at all times every time I use it.. Cobwebs seen on the water heater. The bathroom floor was leaking. The bathtub faucet was loose. Bathtub got clogged the longer you take a shower. Air condition has no aircon grille.

Zanrock hotel experience...

The environment or hotel itself was okay...but as you ebter the room there a weird smell. It maybe be coming from the aircon drain...if not, then something else causes it; and it was there all through our 3 days and 2 nights stay.

The bathrooms are full of mould and dirty. The fridge does not keep things cold. The aircon is very noisy. The staff are really good its a pity the place is not in better condition.

The place need a make over! Too old and dingy

This hotel need a major renovation. The room is small and old, especially the floorings, the faucet the towel holder the bathtub and the showers, they need to be changed as they are old and needed to be cleaned. There are small cockroaches and ants on the floor coming from the corners of the wall. They should fix the place.

Local hotel

The location for me is good since it's close to my woman family. Lots of tricycle taxi travel in front. Bar and food no complaints. Room size is just okay. Only 2 seasons here, Hot and super Hot! Other restaurants are close bye.

Great staff from the guards to the receptionists to the restaurant staff to the room maintenance crew. I commend the owner for hiring such a service orientated team. The food was great and room service always reliable. I'm really glad I choose to stay at zan rock. I forgot to mention Eric the van driver who is Very professional and kind. The hotel is in close proximity to very good grill restaurants and to the Robinson and KCCC malls.
