"I was assigned a handicap accessible room due to occupancy. There were no towel rods in the bathroom near enough to the shower. The one towel rod that was there, was right over the back of the toilet and if you tried to hang your towel on it, it draped over the toilet tank. Disgusting. Speaking of disgusting, the shower curtain was in poor shape and should be thrown out. Even more disgusting was the fact that the bathroom smelled of stale urine. There weren't enough towels to place on the floor to keep the shower water from flooding the entire bathroom. There was no alarm clock. The chair by the desk had stains on both the seat and the neck area. And one of the disposable paper cups had no sanitary wrapping on it."

"Overall it was a great room. Lots of space and clean. Only two concerns is they don't tell you they charge $100 per night security deposit to your credit card at check in. This would have swayed me from staying there as there is no need to charge someone up front. Second, the soap and shampoo are not good. Smells horrible and I am not someone who uses the shampoo and bodywash from a large unsecured bottle in the shower."

"Best Western Had to be in Boston but didn’t want to pay the crazy rich Asian price, so we opted to stay a few miles away. What a great decision. Our room was of modest size but looks to have been newly renovated. It was very clean, with bed that was firm and comfortable. The furniture was in very good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful when I requested small items. The breakfast was listed as continental but was actually a hot breakfast with pancakes, eggs and sausage as well. And great all day coffee. Also noticed that the price of gas in this town was significantly cheaper than in any other areas we traveled to in the Boston area. Highly recommended."
