"Clean and well organised room, comfortable bed "

"The gentleman at the front desk (manager) was very accommodating and helpful. It was our first time in Christchurch and he took the time to give us some guidance on where to go and visit for the few days we stayed there.It's a short distance form the airport which made it very convenient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Thankful that room was complete with appliances I needed - iron,hair dryer,fridge, microwave, coffee pot,etc. Lastly, same manager was kind enough to drop off a bag we had accidentally left at our room when we rushed to the airport for our departure flight early in the morning.. Wish I had gotten his name. Thank you so much! "

"Rooms were clean, tidy and modern. Nice hot shower, with nice towels and shower cap provided. Good selection of teas n coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although wouldn’t let us stay 30min longer in morning, which was abit of a disappointment as my daughter was really tired, as we had been to a concert the night b4."

"The room is spotless clean. The staff was very helpful, we are in second floor and she offer to help move our luggage up. The only downside is the tv does not work. Anyway we just use our laptop to watch. "
