The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.

It is a ten-minute walk from the train station and six-minute walk from the bus station. The property itself is spacious, quiet, and immaculate.
