"We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is spacious, has two patios, a nice pool, several fruittrees and various plants. The village with some very good restaurants is reachable within 10 minutes by foot and the beach within 15 minutes. In June it wasn't overcrowded yet and it was a peaceful atmosphere."

"Villa Filia was absolutely wonderful. Great location in Gennadi to the center of town. Very short drive to beach. Plenty of space for 6-7 people. Kitchen is beautiful! Patio is private. The terraces for each bedroom were wonderful! Having a washing machine and dish washing machine was a major plus! We will 100% stay here again next time we visit family in Gennadi. Thank you Ulrich!! "The commincation in the lead up and during our stay was very good, thank you! The location was great, just 100m from the pebble beach and less than 10 minute walk into the lovely village. The pool was very big, bigger than we have had at previous villas elsewhere. There were a few negatives: If you are planning on staying with young children (under 10), the second bedroom is in the basement.....three sets of stairs away from the main bedroom. "La maison est superbe, parfaitement entretenue et équipée. On peut admirer les levers de soleil sur la mer de son lit c'est merveilleux. Près de superbes plages et située dans un endroit tranquille de l'île, elle est préservée du tourisme de masse. Le petit village de Gennadi à côté a tout ce qu'il faut mais il fat une voiture. Cerise sur le gâteau : l'accueil des propriétaires au petit soin. Le seul petit bémol : on attend un peu les voitures qui passent la nuit et le chauffage de la piscine...
