The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. "Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk....

"Great all-inclusive luxurious hotel! Everything is at a very high stsndard, looks new and well maintained. The one thing I liked the most is that despite having over 500 rooms, it never feels crowded. The grounds are very spacious and absorb the crowd well. There are no lines for food, the waterpark slides have zero queue and even at noon you can find a sunbed by the pool with a little effort (not enough shade though!). The food and entertainment, while very good, are the only things that deny the hotel from being really world class. But again, the food and the restaurants are pretty good and the entertainment is fun. So overall, a very good pick!"
