"This is NOT a typical Best Western. It’s a very nice hotel in Genoa’s best location. Helpful staff. On site restaurant. Walk to shops, cares, bars and restaurants. "

"The front staff were amazing and willing to help with any question. The location is great and the area is quiet at night. Short walks to many of the sites. Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. "

"We arrived late in the evening around 10pm, last parking nearby closes at 12 so kind off were squeezes to find a place to eat. The hotel clean and friendly staff. "

"From the momement we arrived staff behaved oddly. It felt as if they were watching our every move. The only camera inside the building shows who is entering and exiting. On our 3rd night, exiting the door, my brother gets robbed of his IPhone by a street thug. We asked hotel reception to contact police and they refused saying "no police". Had a bad feeling from day one about this place. Stay away, shady people, shady area"

"Close to many aspects of Genoa from harbour, old port, busy road. Parking underground was expensive. The hotel is simple we didn’t pay a lot so we were not expecting luxury and we had a comfy bed. Lovely service What more could we want. "

"Amazing staff, everything was like one the picture, the only thing was air conditioning which was faulty, apart from that good value for money, very clean place, I will stay again there with my 2 other friends. "

"Great room size, plenty of space. Comfy bed and dark room. This room was above the Irish Pub so was definitely noisy but the windows did a good job of blocking most of the street noise. Staff were lovely and helpful, easy walk to the train station. "
