The washing facilities were useful, as were the discounted rates for breakfast at the cafe downstairs. Be aware that there is no parking anywhere in the historic streets and it is necessary to park down at the Marina, for which Valentina was able to provide discounted daily tickets. The location was convenient for us, as we tend to walk everywhere. Very modern hotel. Would definitely recommend for business or pleasure. "

"Talk about value for money! A very nice 3 bedroom B&B with a roof terrace in the Old Town of Genoa. Large, modern and clean rooms. Excellent service and a friendly and service minded owner. It is on the 4th floor without elevator, so you have to walk up the 105 steps! But it is worth it."

"property was advertised as 3 double bedrooms and photos showed 2 doubles and a twin. When we arrived we had to ask for the third bedroom as we weren't shown it. We had to wait for the room to be made up but it was only a single. The location was excellent as was communication. Plenty of restaurants nearby and transport.
