"We booked a room for two guests, but there were only one coffee mug, one bath robe, and one pair of slippers in the room?!
The housekeeper came by at 10am next morning. We were not ready to leave the room yet so we asked her to come back around 11am to make up the room. By time we came back after walking around and lunch, we came back to the room about 3pm. The room was not made up yet. We had to call Housekeeping to arrange cleaning but our calls were never picked up. We called Housekeeping on other requests and no one picked up our calls. Wondering if the Housekeeping Department ever existed? We called the general operator to arrange the clean up and we had to leave our room again to let the housekeeper cleaned our room.
Other than the above disappointing situation, the hotel is nice, clean, at a good location and front desk staff are friendly."
