Absolutely loved this property and will for sure rent it again if I go back to Genoa. The loft was very spatious, clean and quiet. Everything was accessible within a maximum 30 minute walk. It was very easy and cheap to park the car right in front of the building. Loved it !

Nice Appartment

We got a different Appartment, then the one on the pictures, which was fine, because it was actually nicer. The Kitchen was bigger, more room overall, access to a balcony. And the style of our Appartment was even more flamboyant than on the pictures. The location felt very central, with a lot of things in walking distance.

Great location-comfortable apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-appointed apartment. The location was very convenient to the Piazza Ferrari and the Theatre as well as lovely cafes, abundant shopping, and many other attractions. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedroom beautiful and large. Highly recommend this property!

Unique little home

My partner and I came there on a Tuesday afternoon. We felt very secure staying at that place. The decorations have a unique touch to it which is why I booked the place. It looks exactly the same as the picture. Owner was very kind and accommodating when we asked if we could come earlier than the schedule time because our flight was early. Near this neighborhood, they have wonderful people as well. It was our first time in Genoa and I got to say, there are a lot of things to do. From local stores to museums to aquarium. The only downside in this home is that the stairs to go up to the bedroom is made a bit small so anyone with large feet would struggle going up. For sure, a place to return too! This place have everything you will need.

Magnifique séjour.

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans un Palais. Magnifique architecture. Hauteurs de plafond immenses. Décoration superbe avec des meubles anciens alliée à des installations modernes magnifiques (cuisine, salle de bains etc..). Il y manquait seulement des verres à pied, une planche à découper, couteaux a bout rond. Je conseille très très vivement cette location.

Palazzo nobile, pulizia eccezionale...qualcosa da migliorare

Il palazzo nobile ad un passo da Piazza Corvetto, pulitissimo, soffitti alti con decori in gesso, tende , mobili d'epoca Letto supercomodo e colazione d'accoglienza! Una ribaltina bella, completo di tutto per la cucina! Peccato il glitter sulle pareti e sulle porte, non in tono con lo stile del palazzo. Per gli aspetti pratici il lavandino del bagno ha una posizione improbabile, tanto quanto il mobile lavatrice. La ringhiera del soppalco industriale non a norma! La pulizia e lo stile del palazzo rendono l'esperienza nel complesso positiva !
