"Best breakfast buffet we've had in Europe. The whole facility was extremely clean and the spa was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests, such as a late check out. It was a wonderful stay."

"The hotel was very conveniently placed in the city the rooms were clean and big enough. But the number one stand out was the staff. The two ladies on reception were unbelievably kind, helpful and courteous. "

The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great."

"My stay at Bristol Palace was nearly perfect! The personnel is extremely courteous, helpful, eager to make sure your stay goes as well as possible. I extended my stay for a 3rd night and was upgraded to a double room, which was more spacious. Rooms are very clean, quiet, water pressure is wonderful. I did not get to try the restaurant Il Giotto, but it seemed like a good bet. "

"Beautiful place, wonderful neighborhood. It’s just that people have been complaining about the furniture for 6 months (other reviews). It’s another example of what we’re finding more and more of. Corporate rentals where they really don’t care about the guest experience. It rents- good enough. We were also without water for a day. Possibly not their fault but you have to wonder. They asked us (we’re in our 70s) to get up on a ladder to push a button. Out of reach so we had to wait a day. Makes you wonder if they need to buy a new autoclave but again, they don’t care. "
