"Incredibly nice staff, always positive and ready to help. Plentiful continental breakfast at a giveaway price. Brand new rooms with comfy beds and temperature. Could be better: light in the corridor is very bright and penetrates through the doors. Room numbers are printed on paper and stuck to doors with tape. Bathroom in my room had no rails/hooks for towels. No toilet paper holder. Shampoo and handwash were not mounted to wall. Clearly a hotel that is still being renovated."

"The hotel has a great location. Walkable distance to the historical part of Genoa as well as old harbour and Genoa Aquarium. The waterfront and the marina is impressive and picturesque. Hotel rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and well maintained."

"A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the whole stay felt very comfortable. I travelled solo and found it particularly convenient and reassuring. Overall, an excellent experience and I would happily recommend Bristol Palace."

"The room was well appointed with lots of storage space. The food in the restaurant was delicious. It deserves the excellent rating it has. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the Brignole train station and there was many stores and sights within walking distance. Will definitely be returning."

"This hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful and busy street (but there wasn't issues with sound). You walk out and immediately are on a main shopping strip. This location is also a couple minutes from the bus stop, which made getting around easy. You have to go up a couple steps then you can either take the stairs or the elevator (so glad it was working!!). Hotel reception is on Floor 1, our rooms were on Floor 3. Reception was very kind and helpful. We got the breakfast (which we don't typically do), but it was worth it. It was very simple, but very taste. The pastries and bread were fresh and the fruit was local and delicious. There was also yogurt, cereal, meat and cheese, and fresh juice. The rooms are pretty basic. We loved that the windows could open so you could hear the bell chimes and see the street. AC worked well, plenty of clean towels, bathroom was very clean. The bed is made with only sheets, but blankets are in the closet. There isn't much hanging space - not even for a towel, which would be more convenient to have (unless you want to hang it on a hanger in the closet). Space between toilet and sink is quite tight. Bed wasnt the most comfortable, but good enough."
