"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. "Great location being right on the river and close to pick up points for some of the tours.10 mins walk to museum island, the Reichstag and the Brandenburg Gate. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops close by too. Large, comfortable rooms and if you get the exec lounge access a really nice breakfast too. All the staff helpful and friendly too. Recommended. "
