"The carpet in our room was duct taped to the floor and the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off. In the hall, there were hugh wrinkles in the carpet. On the first floor there were bugs in a light fixture hanging from the ceiling. The carpet in and around the bar area was very badly stained. The breakfast selection was minimal."

"We had a great two night stay while in Norman! We brought our dogs and they enjoyed the good sized yard! The house was super clean with comfortable bed and pillows. It has plenty of bath towels, a fully stocked kitchen, & we appreciated the Keurig! The location is close to Main Street (several good restaurants!), and the OU campus is just 3 miles away! Highly recommended!"

"Overall a good experience. Home was clean, comfortable, and convenient to my work site visit. My daughter and I really enjoyed the games in garage each evening. Good bonding time instead of just watching tv.A bit of constructive criticism. Some small things would have made it a better stay. We arrived after dark and both the entry light and one of the garage wall sconces were burnt out. We couldn't read the house number making it very difficult to find the house, and I had to have my daughter use her cell phone flashlight so I could open the lockbox to enter. Also there were no night lights in the house at all making it necessary to leave some overhead lights on all night to navigate an unfamiliar house if you have to get up in the night. Additionally, there were no lamps on the bedside nightstands. You had turn off the overhead light at the door and cross the room in the dark to go to bed.Again, a great value and the stay was enjoyable. Address the lighting issues and it would have been great stay."

"Gina was very response when we had questions, answering quickly or calling us right back. The house itself was clean and organized. Our 6-year old loved the additional details for kids. We would stay again!"

"The Cozy Cottage was comfortable and clean. Great kitchen. The location was good and plenty of parking space for 2 cars. The host responded very quickly (within 10 minutes) to questions I had. A few minor repairs were needed that did not impact our stay. The host was responsive to getting those fixed. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Norman. Highly recommend. "
