Location is quite isolated. Staff friendliness is just to the standard but not very helpful. Facility is old and not user friendly. But the breakfast is very nice and not expensive at all. Price of the hotel is nice too.

Was a great stay, hotel staff were helpful, kind and accommodating. Hotel was clean and facilities were in good condition also. The restaurant was a little different, although the food was nice, they tended to give us whatever they had available as opposed to what we ordered WITHOUT informing us, so we were often surprised and confused when our plates were brought to the table. Some improvement on communication/hospitality would’ve made this a lot better.

Hotel should hire more staff for F&B department especially during breakfast on weekend, there is no one keep on eye for the breakfast reception.. guest have to wait very long or worse they can go in and go out into the breakfast without purchase the breakfast set

Overall satisfactory as the hotel still new. However the room is bit plain with too simple decoration. Writing table is recommended esp for those travelling for business. Limited choices for TV channel with standard size of flat screen. Air-cond blower is bit noisy esp when on night time. The switcher for shower is hard to manage.
