  • Bama Breeze was our Dream and our Dream has now become a Reality we'd love to share with You! Our Brand New home offers Expansive Views of the Caribbean and outer islands whether in the Kitchen or Living Room or Relaxing on the Huge Water Front deck. Comfortably Furnished with a well stocked Kitchen, your family will love it here! Bama Breeze offers 3 Bedrooms including a Master Suite, a 2nd Bedroom with Bathroom access and a Bunk Room all complete with flat screen TV's. The Master Bathroom offers His and Hers Vanities and a 6 ft. tiled shower. (Even the Bathroom has a view!) The property is located on the Bonefish Flats with a large Sandbar that appears several times a day. Grab the Kayak's, anchor them out and go explore! Driving down the road, you will never imagine what is waiting for you when you arrive! We are convenient to Georgetown, the hub of Exuma, where there are shops and restaurants. In Georgetown you can rent a boat from Minn's or catch the water taxi to visit the world famous Chat-N-Chill. Love the beach? Exuma is home of some of the most Beautiful beaches in the world including Tropic of Cancer, CoCo Plum and the Sandbar where Captain Jack Sparrow walked in Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest! See the Turtles in Hooper's Bay, Swim with the Pigs, take a Fishing Charter, enjoy fabulous Bahamian Cuisine and so much more! All-around great stay

Bama Breeze has everything a family needs for an enjoyable vacation. Our toddler loved playing in the sandy beach, and we loved relaxing by and in the water. Great bonefishing on the flats out front! The home is well cared for and very comfortable for 4 adults and a kiddo. Bambi was a very attentive host!

Amazing property and location

The homes location is close to George Town , yet has the feeling of being a private island, with nearly a soul in sight for the days we were here. The house itself was clean and well equipped for our family of 4. The views were spectacular. The waterfront was perfect for kids. Bambi and Doug were great hosts.

The house is great and the location is unbeatable. Fully stocked kitchen, grill, kayaks, good WiFi, what else can you ask for!? The hosts were incredibly responsive as well. Highly recommended!

Awesome vacation

Bama Breeze was everything as described and more. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the kayaks every day. The view was spectacular! The location was perfect! Absolutely Amazing!!!!

Do yourself a favor and book this immediately! The owners were fantastic, the house was just perfect! The location was perfect for our family. It was secluded but not too far from town, extremely peaceful, the water was calm and absolutely gorgeous. The house was very very nice, clean and the views were amazing. The kids used the kayaks almost daily and there were sandbars to explore and so many different fish and water wildlife to see! This was our first time in Exuma and we had the best stay you could possibly imagine.

Beautiful oasis!!

This property has it all. So much for everyone to do no matter your age. The view is so beautiful and the owners are so amazing and very responsive to all our questions. We saw stingrays, starfish and small lil sharks right out front. Our 3 year old grandson loved it as well as the older children. I would highly recommend just make sure to bring the bug spray. Would highly recommend ❤️

The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even nicer when you see it in person. Private, clean, water toys, and a porch overlooking the ocean (my favorite place). Doug responds quickly when you have questions or problems. The four people in our group kept saying how perfect the place is.

A fantastic place to stay

Our family of four stayed here (our kids are 16 and 22). We really enjoyed our week at Bama Breeze. The house had everything we needed, including kayaks, floats, and snorkeling gear that we used frequently! While the road to get there was challenging (we rented a jeep and were very glad we did), we enjoyed the quietness and solitude of this property. It was centrally located to the things we wanted to do, whether it was visit the beautiful beaches of Little Exuma or head up north for our tour. We rented a boat for a day as well--highly recommend! It was a wonderful vacation in the perfect spot! Thank you Doug and Bambi!

NATURAL BEAUTY

This property is so unique for this island. We loved the calm water, the beautiful landscaping, the kayaks, the swings, and walking to the island in the distance at low tide. The house is clean, well stocked, and exactly as pictured. Great central location. The owners are helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The locals are happy and kind, and we felt perfectly safe on the island. This is a great place to hang out, but be sure to take a tour or rent a boat from Minn’s and get out to explore the other islands, too. We had a great time!

It was amazing

We enjoyed our week at Bama Breeze so much. It was my mom, myself and my 3 kids, ages 14,12 and 11. It was perfect that the kids could go swim and snorkel right from the house. I felt it was very safe for them to do that especially at the lower tides. The owners were amazing at communicating and answer my questions the weeks and even months leading up to our stay. We made many fun memories in our time in the Bahamas and our family pictures we took with the Bama Breeze view are beautiful. Thank you for opening your home and allowing us to stay.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

Our family stayed at Bama Breeze for a week in March. The property was beautiful and well maintained. I loved all the outdoor seating options! We used the kayaks every day and the water in front of the home is spectacular. During low tide, you can walk all the way out to the island. While there, we saw needle fish, crabs and even a turtle. The house had everything we needed to make our trip perfect. We even had a small injury and I was thankful they had hydrogen peroxide under a sink. Communication with the owners was also top notch. They were patient with all my questions.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Exuma, and it was an absolute dream! The location is unbeatable – perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the sparkling turquoise water. Waking up to the serene scene each morning was a highlight of the trip. We were close to great beaches and Georgetown for shopping and restaurants.The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It had a cozy, yet modern feel that made it both comfortable and stylish. The living areas were spacious, and the rooms had plenty of natural light, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the best parts of staying here was the direct access to the water. Great Time at Bama Breeze

Our Family of 5 (10, 8 and 5 year olds) loved our week at the Bama Breeze. The house was clean, modern and nice, and the owners were very responsive to our questions. The water off of the property is very shallow and safe for the kids to swim in. They have Kayacks you can use to wlexplore around. With that said, there isn't much to see in the way of sea life if you want to snorkel - If you want to snorkel you need to go to the other side of the island. Definately rent a Jeep or SUV - The road to the house is very rough. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and the grill worked well - One good thing we did was bring Frozen Meat from the US with us and bought groceries in George Town to make dinners. All around great place, great vacation.

Paradise

Family of 5 had a wonderful trip to Exuma. Bama Breeze is fully stocked with everything you could need. We grilled out most nights watching the amazing sunsets. House was fully air conditioned and enjoyed family game nights with variety of board games provided. We had a fun filled day on the water with Captain Sugar. Also enjoyed the Exuma ATV tour! Most of our lunches were at Splash, Santanas or Tropic Breeze. Our best meal was at the Snapping Turtle beside chat & chill. Bambi and Doug were very responsive and made everything easy for check in and check out. They were quick in realonding to all of our questions. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Incredible views, wonderful trip

My family of five (kids aged 10, 14, 17) had an incredible trip to Exuma. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and all of the offered amenities. The pictures on the listing are just as you will see in real life... simply amazing. The no see ums can be bad, but we used "No Natz" from Buc-ees and had no problems. I strongly recommend renting a jeep as the roads back to the house are "entertaining" to drive on. The owners provide a lot of information on the house and the island prior to arrival. Doug and Bambi are quite responsive to all questions (house and island related). Thank you for a great week!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our time there and would love to go back one day. However, be sure to rent an SUV or a truck because the roads are bad on the south end of Exuma.
