Clean suite.

Neat and tidy apartment. Wifi its slow, hope owner will upgrade it. The car park its verry difficult to drive up, caused me lazy to go out by car. The "seaview" its actually can saw in living room only. Thats a really really "far sea view" except that, everything's good. The room is clean enough, come with washing machine is the best !

Value for money.

It's a bit discomforting as the bedroom is facing the afternoon sun. The living room is a bit small but manageable. The ride up to the car park area will be a challenge for the less skilled driver as it's quite steep and narrow.

Clean and good sleep.

6 of us included 2 elderly and 1 child, we booked 2 units with 1 queen bed a sofa bed each in a room. The unit is clean with all the facilities we need like an iron board and hair dryer. We can say its a complete facilities for a family stay. The sunrise view was mesmerising from our bed room balcony. Overalls the place is good for our 3 nights stayed. *Just take note for the Muslim family, it's a bit distance from all the Muslim foods and the popular places. Happy Holiday!

There are dirty stains on the sofa bed that were not cleaned properly. Some small bugs flying around in the room. But the most concern to me is the security. The suite do not have extra lock that can only lock from inside. In my opinion keys and cards can be duplicated by previous tenant and can have access to the suite. However the hotel staff is very helpful and responsive. The view is nice.

Pleasant stay and cleanliness could be improved.

It's a pleasant stay with kids love the swimming pool and able to wash n dry our cloths. If cleanliness could be improved would be perfect. There was a big cockroach hiding in the bedroom. We were exhausted to hunt and killed the flying cockroach at night. There was also a left over soup in the microwave from previous guest that never been cleaned.

Good base for touring

This is a self catering unit with superb views from the 30th floor. We used the swimming pool and it was a pleasant place to chill out after sightseeing. (Bring your own snacks and drinks and clear up afterwards. The unit was comfortable. It is not too central but only a short, cheap ride to all the sights of Georgetown and Penang. The Korean restaurant just outside is highly recommended. The unit was well priced for our all too short break.
