Good hotel for a short stay

Economic hotel close to big shopping centers. Many food streets in the walking distance. Very strict rules for the use of their swimming pool.

Really good hotel!

Great service. Great location. Very nice compact and modern room. Wifi worked great. Very nice poolside area. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection. There’s a water dispenser with reverse osmosis system in the hallways - that’s really cool and reduces huge amount of plastic bottles waste!

6 nights solo . Very nice modern spacious quiet room . Hotel is in a great location . Good breakfast choices , busy at times . Nice roof top pool also busy at times with kids . Gym is no good apart from one good treadmill .

the location was convenient, we did feel safe, the room cleanliness was only average, the pool was to be closed for maintenance, however they should have posted that on the website when booking, because when you're melting from the heat and humidity and can't have a swim in the hotel which you booked because it had a pool, this was very disappointing

Best for those who needs parking. Room was big... Perhaps the hotel can paint their walls a bit to improve their corridor conditions and do give extra pillows and slippers in the room? Tq.

No bottled water supply. Look like most Indian people staying, noisy at corridor walk way due to cheap door installed. One of best located at and walking distant of all kind of foods, Penang one of best prawn noodle shop near by. Three shopping malls building tied up with bridges.

Overall was good stay. Just the shower area need to be improved, the width of the shower screen is narrow causing the kept flowing out causing the entire toilet area all wet. We rented a scooter and parked overnight at the hotel designated parking, unfortunately the stray cat scratched the bike’s seat causing us to pay for extra for damages. Hope you could look into this matter.

We got 2 rooms. First day Hotel overcharged and says will take few weeks to refund back to credit card. 2nd day 1 room door handle came off and fixed. 3 rd day same door battery ran out and card doesnt work. Next day another room card doesnt work. One of the room floor always feel damp and slippery. Not sure why.

We had booked 3 rooms for 6 adults and when we arrived for check in at 4.10 pm only one room was ready. The receptionist gave us the room key asked us to rest for 20 minutes while waiting for 2 more rooms to be cleaned. Not 20 minutes to wait but 2 hours more to tidy up the 2 rooms. Upon getting the rooms key, unfortunately another one room was still untidy. Really disappointing.
