The man at the reception made our stay to be honest. I really can’t remember his name but he was the nicest person, so helpful and easy to talk to. The hotel was basic which is perfect for travellers.

Towels were dirty and stained. The walls and doors are so thin. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Doors slams are extremely loud. Shower had no water pressure.

Ink Hotel

Ink Hotel worked well for our purpose; while it was a bit of a walk to get to the action og George Town (street art, restaurants, Blue Mansion, etc.), the price was right, the room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and it was clean. It was a bit odd to have some kitchen cabinets and countertop inour room yet there was no bar fridge. Otherwise though, our room was fine.

good service but not so clean room

The room has some unpleasant odour and the bed sheet & towel are stained. I'm staying at the Deluxe double room which should be bigger than my previous stay Superior double room in the same hotel, but this time the bathroom are smaller than the deluxe double room which is quite disappointing. However, worth mention the friendly staff at the front desk both on morning shift & evening shift are very helpful and willing to share local information with us.

リピートしたくないホテル

三日宿泊しましたが、朝から外出しホテルへ戻りましたが、掃除がされていません、バスタオルだけでも交換と頼みましたが、予備がなくそのまま使用。掃除は、朝フロントに頼まないと掃除をしてくれません。飲む水もなく、フロント横の飲料水がなくなっても補給なしでした。コップも壊れ水が漏れます。窓を開けても締まりません。乾燥ですが二度と利用したくないホテルです。

smelly room

The room was very smelly due to mattress sheet, so I ask the house keeping to replace with a fresh one, House keeping came with a angry face as thought I give big trouble. My room next to construction side so it was very noisy start early in the morning. The water boiler is broken , I can't make my coffee, but lucky there is a water machine at 1st floor so at least i can get the water outside. The hotel walk in price is cheaper then the online price! I will not book online anymore. The only good thing is the counter service, they are so nice to look for car park for my car even though already midnight.

Great location, nice spacious rooms

Great place! Nice big rooms with good air con. Very fast wifi. We are travelling so it was a treat to stay in a hotel with turn down service and still be in budget. Great location, the food in Georgtown is fantastic! The hotel has lots of leaflets of at food to eat and where to go. Get an Uber as its so much cheaper than local cabs. The staff at the hotel are also very friendly; we really enjoyed our stay here.

Decent stay despite being a little out of the way

Hotel stay was ok, my only peeve is that it is hard to get even Grab from the hotel in the morning. So we walked mostly to other areas of interests in the hot weather.
