The female receptionist is unfriendly and gossips about other guests. She did this in front of me. thinking I couldn't understand Mandarin. I used to like this hotel a lot and would stay here every time I came to Penang. That was when they had the younger, friendlier staff. Now I'll just take my business elsewhere, as there are plenty of hotels in this area.

Good location but the room I stayed was not upto to the mark. Though a single room, it's super small with hardly any space to move around. A small table without a char; no place to keep your luggage or clothes. No complimentary water bottle, tea / coffee or tissue paper. There was water dispenser near the reception but no glass was provided to fetch water. The bathroom was OK. No separate soap but shower gel and shampoo were provided. Though the price of the room is quite competitive, there's hardly any amenities to justify the merits of a good hotel. I presume the owner will provide some basic amenities as complimentary so that the guests will have a better experience. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I spent 7 days at the Link Hotel. Pin and Jenny the receptionists were wonderful. VERY helpful, lovely and super attentive. I found the room quite small & not suitable to sleep with a/c on - but that may just be me. I was out all day and really only there to sleep. The room was really clean and bathroom great. After a long day it would have been nice to have a common/lounge room to go relax in rather than a box size room. Good water machines in the hall to fill bottles or drink tea/coffee. I found the area fun as not in touristy area. Great Hawkers & food in street nearby, local feel. Once you spot the Komtar building, as its so high its easy to navigate round the streets. Buses 2 mins from hotel. All in all a great stay at the Link Hotel.

入住手续超快，服务态度很好。选择的房间不大但舒适，唯一缺点就是没有停车场。。停车很头痛。如果你不是自驾的话，我推荐入住，经济、地点方便。

The place is central location, lots of eateries around n easily roamed around. The staffs are very friendly. The room is clean n tidy, good to have a phone in the room can inter call each room n reception. Overall the hotel n service provided excellent.

一人旅にちょうどイイ❣️

一人旅には最適でした。シングルルームはなかなかないので、貴重でした。 冷蔵庫、セイフティボックス、洗面所の水栓はないです。 フロントには24時間スタッフがいてくれて、良かったです。 水とお湯のサーバーがあり、便利だし、近所の食べるところもあり、お部屋でも食べられます。 2階に食べるスペースだけはあります。

Very compact and well designed hotel with strict no smoking rule has kept the room clean. Reception is available 24/7 but room size is a bit too small perhaps, location is quite strategic for a temporary home near the main attractions.

There are many eateries nearby the hotel, within less than 5-10 mins walk. Very convenience. Receptionists at the counter are friendly to greet you and willing to help you in all possible ways. Hotel room space is enough for both of us and room condition is quite clean as there is a room make-up daily service. Will highly recommended to everyone who come and visit Penang.
