First time staying after recommendation from my brother who always stay here when in Penang. A clean hotel and the room was big. Parking was easy as I could get a lot right on hotel site. Walking to restaurants and coffee shops for delicious local food.

The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel. The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session.

New comfort in Penang

A new hotel and hence, all facilities were very clean and new. Comfortable room except will be useful to have a mirror in the room itself instead of having to use the mirror in the toilet. For coffee making facilities, need to have better coffee packets and more packets of creamers. Main disadvantage of this hotel is not sufficient parking spaces. Even the roadside parking is full at night. Overall, very polite staff and good services and the minor issues mentioned above are more for future improvement. I will still stay in this hotel if I go to Penang again and will also recommend it to my friends and relatives.

Overall experience was good. Staff were friendly and the lady who was on night duty was most helpful when I checked out super early today at 4am. She even offered to order a Grab ride for me. The room was also okay. Though I noticed the trash bins were not completely cleared out. Had some plastic and paper wrappings inside. Read about the sound proofing issues from previous reviews, at first I didn’t notice much except for the noise coming from the hallway as my room was right close to the lift. Last night’s noises were a mystery as the upper floor unit had water noises like someone showering, then a loud bang on the floor like a huge heavy item was dropped on the floor directly above the bed, then came high pitched laugh from a lady then a guy ( selective phases) like it was too close to my ear.

優勢一是附近轉左有一個小型商場，地下有一間超市及類似萬寧，上層無店開門；二是附近有個户外food court之類，12馬幣一隻中小型海南雞髀；轉右行15分鐘見到The Top, 那裡有2個商場，這一帶頗舊，較髒有乞丐。亦見有個巴士總站。三是可以讓我提早1hour (check in)入住. 缺點：一入房就發現個熱水壺是壞的，幸好立即有人送上一個新的。二是熱水供應不足，我住3晚，第一晚用花灑來熱水澡，10-15分鐘後就變涼了，第二晚就只有幾分鐘熱水供應，最後一晚就更加沒有熱水供應。洗手盆水龍頭撥左求熱水供應，出水線狀，又慢又少水，總之沒有熱水。

Your hotel choice in Georgetown!

Excellent room condition except that the sound proofing between rooms can be improved. Location is fantastic as it was easily accessible and lots of food choices surrounding the hotel.
