"The check-in and checkout procedures were excellent. Later, at checkout, the attendant asked about parking and learned that I am handicapped. She quickly adjusted my final bill too refund the parking bill. Outstanding!"

"If you want a clean, perfectly functional and surprisingly "cheap" (considering it's New York, that is) hotel room, and you are planning to do most of your sightseeing from the Upper West Side, then you can't beat New York Night Hotel. It also has a history, formerly know as The Monterey Hotel."

"I recently stayed at the Sheraton Times Square. The room was clean and well maintained, but it felt smaller and more cramped than I expected. My biggest disappointment was the customer service. I went to the concierge desk to ask for assistance, but was told the concierge was closed, even though staff members were standing behind the desk. When I asked other employees for help, the response was usually, “I don’t know,” without any effort to direct me to someone who could assist. This seemed to reflect a broader experience I had in New York, where many people appeared rushed and less willing to help than I expected. While I understand the fast pace of the city, I would have appreciated a more welcoming and service-oriented attitude, especially from hotel staff. The hotel’s location is excellent and convenient for exploring Times Square and nearby attractions. If customer service were more attentive, the overall experience would have been much better."

"This Homewood location interesting that in the same building therenwere two hotels, Homewood and Hampton. This Homewood was one of the cleanest hotel our family have stayed the past few years. The room was spot on and I constantly saw staff members cleaning. The free warm breakfast was good too and it was nice that you could also go to the Hampton side for breakfast. The only downside was the cold, cloudy pool water and over-priced items in the convenient store. Will definitely stay here every time our family comes to NJ."
